I enjoyed eating at this place and, while I do think their customer service and food deserve one star, this place could be better.The food was great! The ingredients tasted fresh, they have all the condiments you need and the dough was very crispy and delicious. Although they didn't have ranch so that's not good.I just think the building itself is pretty dead. I know the location doesn't help but it's very quiet and unlively here. This place also attracts immodest young adults that don't care about manners and cleaning up after themselves.The restaurant itself is great. It's the location and the regular customers I have issues with.

Good pizza, a little expensive for what you get. The staff was overwhelmed when I visited such that I had to wait 10 min to even place my order. I'd recommend coming here in off hours. It was 6:30pm when I visited and by 7:45 it was a ghost town.All in all, good pizza but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back unless I was in the area with a real hunger for a couple of slices.

The pizza crust was not very good. It was somewhere between thick and thin, and was pretty bland and chewy—like one of one of those grocery store take-home pizza crusts that you bake in your oven. If they improve their crust recipe, I would definitely be a regular customer! We enjoyed the service and range of options we had to choose from.

I had lived in Provo for 5 years before coming here. Boy was that a stupid mistake. This place is amazing! Probably the best in Provo. Forget Little Caesars, Domino, Costco, and the others. Sure it is a bit expensive here, but you get what you pay for. Keep up the amazing work guys! It has become one of my favorite spots to take people.

SLAB continues to impress me each time I visit! The decor, the music, the cool college students hanging out, and the amazing food! It is tasty, satisfying and a great deal. The service is fast, friendly, and the employees are always willing to listen, help and problem solve. The owner is phenomenally positive, kind and works alongside the others to help things run smoothly. Modifications to toppings are always allowed (you want arugula & rosemary dust on top? Just ask!) and a gluten free crust is no problem here. The dining area, kitchen and bathroom are all exceptionally clean. This is even more remarkable given the sheer number of customers served daily. My nephew wrote his college application essay about SLAB pizza, and HE WAS ACCEPTED! THANKS SLAB!! Your pizza ? is second only to your high quality service!

There are so many great options to try! I've loved most flavors I've tried and at least liked the others! I'd definitely recommend!!
I love the pizza itself, but it’s kinda frustrating to offer a rewards and birthday program if not a single member of the staff knows how to apply the discounts. Don’t send me birthday offers getting me all excited for food if I just get turned away after walking here because nobody knows how to redeem the rewards. Come on man. This isn’t on the staff, it’s on management.

Went with some co-workers on a day that I was not feeling like I wanted many carbs, so ordered a salad. Most places like this have salads as an afterthought, but I was delighted with the salad I received, they put real effort into making it amazing, good balance of all the ingredients, tossed together well, not just dropping each ingredient on top of the lettuce. I will probably go here again just for the salads, but if the salad was that good, will need to try some of the pizza as well.

I always get Slab pizza when in Provo. Huge slices with lots of unique options. The Buffalo Chicken pizza is a must try. Suggest getting a few options within your party to mix and match.
