The drinks were fine, but why do they use styrofoam cups?!? Yes, I know it keeps the ice from melting, but I think we can have yummy drinks AND not add toxic garbage to the landfills.

Asked for a root beer with toasted coconut and half and half. Cashier told me that was a boy scout. I told her the Boy Scout doesn’t have half and half but I wanted to add that. She charged me to add half and half, and then handed me a boy scout without half and half…. Didn’t notice till I drove away.

I love the drinks and the service is generally really good, but lately they have not been adding the half-half when I specifically ask for it (and pay for it). When they hand me the drink I can see that there is no cream in the foam. When I hand it back and tell them it should be extra dirty, they tell me there is cream in, when it's clear there is not. This happens more often at some locations than others, but it's extremely frustrating. The correct response is to add more cream when the paying customer asks for it.

Whether you’re a Dr Pepper drinker, Mtn Dew drinker or anything in between these guys have a mixology for you. Go check them out.

A classic Provo spot to get your sugary drinks. It is a small place but it does the job.

The flavors are delicious and the service is great. We loved our order and think is is the best if the soda places in the area.

Don’t get me wrong, I love sodalicious. However, I work for the state of utah and wanted to go and make a purchase with my tax exempt card. From past experiences, I always call in advance to make sure there is a staff there that knows how to charge something as tax exempt. I called this location and an employee named Angeline answered and did not understand what I was asking - if someone there knew how to do tax exempt. I’ve been to other sodalicious locations that have been able to do tax exempt for me. She responded to me with rudeness, not answering my question, thinking I was asking if they take food stamps and as I was saying, no I work for the state of Utah and have a tax exempt credit card, she hung up on me. Terrible customer service from this phone call experience.

I didn't think I'd get so addicted to soda, but now I'm coming over to sodalicious regularly. They have so many options and cute names for each drink. I really love their snickerdoodle cookies! And the employees are always very nice and outgoing!

They never have horchata :( I've literally fallen in love with this beverage but Sodalicious cannot quench that void in my heart. The drinks, cookies, and service are great. But still sad that there's never horchata here (this ain't my first rodeo with them).
