Have decided to stop going to subway because of this location, I have never once had a sandwich made right when I have ordered from the app, they don't answer their phone, and they refuse to do anything about their screw ups. It's disappointing and it seems like they put more effort into messing up the sandwich then making it right.

Marianna is the manager and Tim is the Cougar Eat manager. Marianna dismissed my concerns about the vegetables being frozen for the last several months, making the thinly cut cucumbers super soggy and gross, and offered no sympathy or apology. She cut me off and acted like I had no right to complain or tell her how to make my sandwich. She put too much mustard after I told her 1 strip and she put 2. She asked if I was a student as if my concerns weren’t important if I wasn’t a student there. No customer service skills. I asked if she could shake the wet toppings so my sandwich wouldn’t be soggy and she barely did it and slapped them on in a hurry to show her annoyance even though there was virtually no line behind me (since no one likes the gross veggies here). Tim said that he thinks the fridge is the same as other subways and can’t figure out the problem and that the veggies which are made at BYU Dining Services are cut to Subway standards and they can’t make them thicker.

I come here all the time, 90% of the time it’s fine and great, but I swear there’s this one lady that I avoid because she actually makes the worst sandwiches. Like everyone else who works here is fine but she spread my topping over my meat and cheese destroying them in the process. When the other empty side of the bread was open, she basically threw all my vegetables in and handed me a half closed sandwich with half of the veggies hanging out. I get that this is subway and it’s not the highest quality but this is a new low, and it’s not just once this is the 3rd time she’s handed me a messy sandwich and I just yeah.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Kiosk needs to tell you if certain items are out of stock. Me and my wife both ordered sandwiches and were given sandwiches, if you can even call them that, on flat bread! I'm sorry but who wants an Italian bmt or Philly cheesesteak on Flatbread! Disgusting! Kiosk needs to be updated! Employees also should have said something! Absolutely terrible!

Had a great experience at the Subway inside the university! Even though it's always busy, the food quality remains consistently good, just like other locations. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal between classes. Kudos to the hardworking staff! ??

OUT OF BREAD?!?Yes, believe it or not, I tried to get subway for lunch today and they were out of all types of bread. This essentially ruined my lunch that I was greatly looking forward to, and I don’t know if I can ever forgive Subway for this. They told us our order was ready 10 minutes early, and when we went there they hadn't even started preparing our sandwiches! Ridiculous! I was so hungry and upset. We also ordered at 1:00 PM fro 3:00 PM and there was not enough of the ingredients to make what we ordered.

Got a Spicy Italian but when I looked at the cucumbers they were slimy and gross. I asked them about it and all they said was "I don't know." Was disappointed they didn't really own that and replace it with some fresher vegetables.

Two people during lunch rush. #1 was one step away from being angry, had a sense of urgency but didn't seem like he'd been trained on how to make sandwiches quickly. #2 had no sense of urgency and while jumping, among register, side tasks, and veggies never changed her gloves.
Maybe I just arranged a bad sandwich for myself, but I did feel a little disappointed with the temperature and texture of the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Other than that though I love this place. I can get exactly what I'm craving and it's nice and filling too. I felt like I actually had a meal.
