Clean facilities and great customer service. Ordered online for pick up and was there within in ten minutes; they'd already started my order and asked if everything looked good. They did mix up the cheese and hadn't toasted it but not a huge issue for us. I'm grateful for quick service and I'm and conversation.

Ordered online and it was ready 30 minutes after the time they said it would be.

Definitely need more employees! One person doing the job of 3 while a long line formed & online orders piled up. Made for some understandable slow service but doesn’t make sense to have one person scheduled on a Saturday night.

The bread seems more narrow than it used to be so order 2 full subs for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. They covered the meat and cheese with a metal cover so you can’t see your choices. The young guy who works there is super nice. The cucumbers are sliced super thin sometimes so they are wilted and mushy and gross. I think they use some kind of machine and it depends on the worker how thick they are. Steve is the manager with earrings and tattoos and doesn’t smile and acts annoyed when you ask for special requests. He looked angry when I opened a bag of chips for my 1 year old to keep him from touching the other bags of chips while I ordered. Then he was pressuring me to hurry and order while taking our coats off. I called to let him know our concerns with the sandwiches and he wasn’t apologetic and hung up abruptly. The sandwich got really soggy and was dripping and a mess to eat. Make sure nothing is dripping when you make it and ask him not to squeeze the veggies to get the moisture out. They need to drain their wet ingredients so it isn’t soggy 5 minutes later when you eat it. I told him just a little mustard but they always struggle to get it out without it coming out fast with their bottles so ask for “1 thin strip of mustard” put on the bread before you put veggies on so that if it’s too much some can be wiped off. And then don’t forget to put ranch dressing on or they won’t prompt you again. Steve gets friendly as you finish the order.I signed up for rewards 1/17/24 at this location with Steve.

I was supremely disappointed with my experience. Although the shop closes at 10, when I asked for olives on my sandwich the girl making it just help up an empty can and said she couldn’t, even though there were some in the back. She also put a handful of completely wilted spinach in my sandwich, again it was only 6pm. She asked me and my husband how long we had been married and when we told her she started explaining to us all about divorce rates and how we were likely to get divorced at 3 years.

I kid you not, it took them over 20 minutes to build me two sandwiches from start to finish. I was the only one in the store.

You have to have more than 1 person working a store on a Friday night. Waited in store with one person ahead of me for 1/2 hour. Making to go orders and trying to help customers at the same time….come on management!

I literally sat here and watched the worker make 5 orders that were online that were after I had gotten there. I had a 45 minute break from work and spent my whole time waiting to order a sandwich. Ridiculous. When I asked the worker how many more orders he had so I could decide whether to leave or not he flat out ignored me. I had to ask the person that came in for the online order how many sandwiches he had.
