Each time I go, my order is wrapped like a blind 2nd grader wrapped it. Either they're giving me the wrong items, or they fold the wrapper so the wrong label on the wrapper is on the outside. The items are wrapped so poorly that my food is falling out of the wrapper as I take it out of the container. And usually something is missing.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while but I have to believe this location is particularly bad.The Chapulas were really hard (like they have been sitting around for a long time). The chicken "quesadilla" seems to be missing most the cheese.This was both the most expensive and lowest quality Taco Bell experience of my life. For 3 chalupas, 3 chicken quesadillas, and 3 grilled cheese burritos, it was nearly $60. I feel like you can raise prices or lower quality but not both.I would not go back here and my experience was so poor, I'm not sure I'll go back to any Taco Bell (which used to be my second favorite food place)

The tacos had little to no meat, it was just like eating a stale taco shell with lettuce. Between 2 people and 5 tacos none of them had meat so clearly something’s wrong. Dont waste your money, this Taco Bell location sucks.

The food is good and the staff is nice but they're slow, especially if you go inside. Right now I've been waiting 15 minutes for my order and there no one even making any food. What the heck.Well...after 20 minutes I asked about my order and they said someone else must have taken it. They said they'd remake it. I waited another 10 minutes. I asked again about my order and why no one, again, was making food. I asked for my order and said I just wanted my food, that by now I wouldn't be able to eat because I was late back from my lunch. The supervisor said it was rush time. Then why there was one person making orders i wonder. I said they were going slow and needed to hurry up. The supervisor told me she wasn't gonna have me insulting her employees and kicked me out. When people are waiting and waiting, you don't take your sweet time.

Make sure to choose Drive Thru if you order ahead on the app! An employee let me know if you choose a future time and choose in store pickup, they don’t see the time and will make it right away. That it’s some computer issue they’ve already reported to home office and isn’t being fixed
