“While slightly more expensive, the servings are huge! It's so nice to have vegetarian options in foods that are often greasy and overladen with meat. The buffalo wings are a nice snack, and I love that they come with carrot sticks (though I wish they were served with ranch and not fry sauce). I got the chikn ramen noodles with extra veggies, and it was delicious ?“

“I love salads and so I was introduced to "Choices" for a great salad @ BYU-Provo Cougareat food court. The serving was huge and it was a "built your own" salad. My base was cauliflower rice, with chicken as the protein, beans, cherry tomato, red cabbage, carrots, red onions slices, radish slices, cucumber slices, avocado and pepper for my toppings. Sauce was sesame ginger. It was so good!!!“

“Went in to give them a try 8.00 for a really small roll. The display and pictures are not the same with what you get. Tastes okay. The owners responded, they made it right. I’m sure this was not the case with everyone. This company will go far because they care! Wish them the best!“

“My favorite place to go for a healthy, best ingredients, lunch. They are open for dinner, I need to try that. The food is organic and fresh. It’s an eclectic lil’ cafe. There’s a sign on their counter that says, “This isn’t a fast food restaurant. You may need to wait a little longer, but the food is better”. True! You can shop for herbs, essential oils, health books and more in the annex next to the dining area.Their baked goods, gluten free and not are delish. While I wait for my food, I eat the chocolate oatmeal gluten free cookie…. Life is too short, eat dessert first.“
