It was my friend's birthday and I figured she'd enjoy this and so against my better judgment I went here. I was actually quite pleased with my experience.First of all the service was impeccable. The guy making our food was personable and talk to a lot about what kind of auctions would work best for us and helped us understand whatever thing was. He was super personable after we got our food too and talked with us about the food and worked with a smile the entire time. Much better service than I've gotten many many other places. I would come back for the service alone.The food was really good too. I don't know if I'd come here just for the chicken, but definitely for the waffles. I tried everything but the churro ones and they were all really delicious. They were generous with toppings. I didn't like their special sauce, but that was no surprise because I don't like many sauces at all. Everyone else said their sauce tasted great. I would love it if they had an alternative sauce for their savory items. If they had a white gravy like Texas Roadhouse, that would be amazing.All In all, I never thought I'd say this but I will be back. I've avoided them for years because I had a crappy waffle up in Salt Lake from one of their places or a similar place and I wasn't impressed at all. It was horrible. But these guys doing impeccable job.
This place was AMAZING! They'd have more 5 star reviews if people weren't left in a food coma after all the delicious food. I had chicken and waffles (2 full size chicken breasts, fried to perfection, fantastic seasoning, and juicy), wife had regular waffle with a generous helping of fresh bananas and strawberries. All AMAZING!!! We're visiting from Texas and are used to big portions, they did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and come get your Waffle Love!!

I’m usually a huge fan of Waffle Love, but we had a terrible experience there today. It was a little busy for lunch and there were only two people working. One—a girl—was working hard, the other guy was literally talking on his phone and texting the whole time and not really helping at all.It took over an hour to get our takeaway order. We could tell the girl was exasperated by the other employee’s lack of effort. It was frustrating for everyone in the store. Terrible way to let employees run a business.

I recently wanted to pay better attention to my health and we reached out about their caloric count and nutrition information. This information for customers is REQUIRED for any business over $500,000 in sales and over 100 employees. Waffle Love support denied the request stating they "simply don't have the information." This is unacceptable to anyone looking to know what is in their food. This was a huge bummer as I really do enjoy their food but don't want to risk my health by consuming unknown caloric amounts and unknown chemicals.

I really really did not enjoy the experience of this place. I have been a few times but the employees weren’t very friendly this last time. I know it was an hour before they closed but the chairs were on the tables already and they didn’t want us there. I understand wanting to go home from a long day at work but I came to enjoy the atmosphere and I couldn’t do that with the employees attitudes and the environment. Otherwise their food is pretty good.

The food is pretty good, but we had bad service today. When we simply asked for an update on our food (it was taking awhile and later-arriving customers had already gotten their orders), the server was offended and rudely slammed my order down on the table and walked away without looking at us. So, I won’t be returning.

I’m a big-time fan of waffle love and I love going there however my most recent visit at the Provo waffle love was sad to say the least. Normally, everything is a five star quality service food and everything. However, today when I went to waffle love, the service was very bad they weren’t really paying attention to me or My Wife. They were instead talking about other things I had to get my own forks and spoons and all sorts of stuff that usually waffle love has great customer service quite surprised.also it seems like they were annoyed that we were There. They seem to rush your order and made the waffle like smaller than it usually is like it was in a line shape instead of the normal square shape. I think they were just too overstaffed that day and just had too many people they had three people and they’re all just talking and they seemed Not that focused. This is sad but I still love Olo and I’m still gonna keep going. I’m just gonna go to the Riverwoods in American Fork one instead.
