Hope they can get more help soon. We waited inside the lobby for someone to come take our order for over 10 mins (the drive-thru line was realllly long). So we left - on our way out a guy walking to his car told us they waited 30 mins for their food and they threw it away due to it being disgusting. Not sure why this location struggles so much.After we left we went to the Wendy's down by the mall and they took our order within a min or two after they greeted us and told us they would be with us shortly. Then we got our food in about 5-10 mins and it tasted great.For the manager - hope you can get your store running more smoothly soon.

Not open till 11 like advertised. Closes at 9 p.m. Orders are often messed up and wrong food is given. Multiple times i have to drive to the one by the Provo mall to get my order because they're reliable.

Enrique was really rude when I was ordering and not only that when I pulled up to the next window they handed me my food and I asked a question but slammed the door at me gave me the dirtiest looks them the girl with too much blush yes very disappointing cause I always come here

The drive thru line was long so I went inside. The restaurant was spotless. The manager saw me step to the register, smiled, acknowledged me, and sent a busy employee over to take my order right away. I was in a super rush to get my son to an activity and this was his dinner. From start to finish, I was back in my car with fresh, hot food in less than 4 minutes.?

Chicken nuggets were stale and gross. Normal and spicy were mixed. I ordered a strawberry frosty and got chocolate. The person at the window was incredibly rude and acted like they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible even though there wasn’t a line and it wasn’t close to closing.

I ordered a honey chicken biscuit and I was given an egg, bacon and sausage sandwich. Very disappointed and wasn’t given a receipt so I can’t even go get a refund.

I usually always go to this Wendy’s because it’s the most convenient. About half the time, their system is down or they close 30 minutes early or my food is absolutely nasty. This Wendy’s is literally the worst. I will say I gave one star because the workers are sometimes nice!
Absolutely garbage location. Drive to the provo eastbay location. It's worth it. This one is so effing terrible. My entire order cold & wrong. The drink was just carbonation flat sprite. I had to reheat everything and it still tasted like garbage. I couldn't even eat it. Shut this location down and fine the franchise owner for the disservice he's bringing to the city and the children who work there. Not giving them any training or support, setting them up for a lifetime career of failure.

They wouldn’t honor a promotion that was in there app for me making my food for one person extremely expensive. They are rarely open either and seemingly don’t take sanitary precautions. Just drive an extra 5 min and go Litterally anywhere else.
