HORRIBLE customer service and the person who took orders at the drive through at noon today 9/29/2020, is a total JERK and RUDE. He Hang up on me twice, talk over me, YELLED at me, and yet don't have the guts to face me. Arby's should really FIRE this IDIOT. You have no right to treat anyone like that! I ordered a a number 4, regular, and I said it twice, no vegetables. He already have the attitude while taking orders saying "excuse me?!" with a tone each time I specify what I wanted for my food. At the window, I asked the lady who gave me my order to make sure there are no vegetables on my order. She said there are none coz 'there is sticker on it". I left and realized that she did not give me my drink. I went back and called, and this guy wanted me to get back in line, I said no, coz the line is long and this is not my mistake. I tried telling him where I am at in the parking lot, and he talks over me and giving me attitude, and said he would send someone to bring me my drink. I opened the bag that they gave me early on so I could eat lunch and that's when I saw there's vegetables on it. So I gave it to the lady who brought my drink, and who happens to be the same person who handed me my food at the drive through. I called again to cancel my food and I wanted my money back coz I needed to go back to work and I do not have time to wait for it. I have not even said anything and he started YELLING 'I am cooking it! I am already making it for you! OKAY?!" and HANG UP on me. Oh boy, you just pissed off someone you do not want to mess with. So I got out of the car to go to the drive through to confront him of his treatment towards me. It so happens that the lady brought my food back, so I told her, I do not want my food, I want my money back, asked her who answered my call and who is their manager. She said that was their manager. I am not sure if she is covering that jerk, but I know it was the same person who took my order. I went to drive through and tried to asked them who answered my call, no one would tell me who, but I saw him - the same guy I saw taking the orders earlier. I told them he was rude and I needed to talk to him in person. Nobody wants to point him. I told them what happened and what he did- NOBODY cares. So I just asked for my money back. I called again to ask him to come to the door and face me, yet too chicken to do that and never showed up. He made me go through that horrible experience, missed my lunch, and late for work. This is not right, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE to this to your customer? I deserved an APOLOGY after what I went through today and Arby's should really get RID of employees like this one. Also, no I do not need any freebies, what I want is an APOLOGY from this person.

Riverdale, UT Arby's Ordered at the drive thru. WANTED: 1/2 lb Roast Beef Combo. GOT: some small, cold, brisket that looked like it was sitting for at least an hour. What I assume was the slice of cheese was stuck to the meat and it was all smashed down totally flat. it was probably the worst meal I've had from any Arby's ever. It was during the dining room shutdown so drive thru was only option. Reaffirms my opinion that drive thrus are horrible! Most likely won't be back to this Arby's.
