Terrible service. They refused to take my order!I stopped by at 9:54 pm, they close at 10. The employee took the car’s order in front of me but refused to take my order. He said they’re closed. I let him know it’s 9:54, he said they put everything away. We were stuck in the drive through behind this other car and the employee completely ignored us. I’ll never go back to this location in Riverdale. The employee had a tattoo on the right side of his neck, I didn’t catch his name otherwise I’d post it here for his management to see. Not cool bro.

The chicken itself is delicious and always cooked well while not being dry! I prefer the thigh meat with the juicier cuts. You can order for the whole family and add on an additional 8 pieces for 10 bucks, which is a great deal. Ask about the Creamy Cilantro Ranch, it's really good! The sides are all pretty good, but it seems like you don't get enough of a portion for how much chicken you get. I would give it 5 stars across the board if they would give just a little bigger portion on the sides. Service isn't always the most friendly, but they've always been good. You can also have a bit of a wait if you order a large family meal if they don't have chicken ready, on the other hand, they constantly grill fresh chicken for you. Easy to grab an affordable, big family meal that's delicious and not your tipical fast food. We probably pick up dinner from here 1-2 times a monthm

I have now had three different employees hold on to my credit card for the whole time my food is being prepared going through the drive-through. Very suspicious and if I have any fraud on my account, I know the first place I’ll be looking.
The store is clean however on a weekend you need more employees since the waiting time isn t something not to be admired . The manager needs to be trained in customer service since her attitude is

There was a snowstorm. Inside the place was stone cold. Metal chairs don't make a good time in the cold. All the tables were dirty. Had to clean one off just to eat.
