Staff very onry, made my drink wrong, asked if they could fix it and said they would charge to fix it. Been to multiple locations none of them charge to fix a drink they messed up on. I wont be my be coming back to this location. Horrible service.

Walked in at 8:15 pm with the chairs up, but the sign on the door (and online) said that they were open until 9. We asked if they were still open and the cashier told us they were. After ordering and receiving our smoothies and sitting down to drink, the manager came out at 8:25 and we were told that the lobby was closed and we had to leave (this location doesn't have a drive thru, so I'm not sure what was still open). The manager didn't have an answer to why the times on the door were wrong and said that the GM would have to approve changing them. We left.Just bizarre behavior and poor service. Sounds like this is common at this location.

They filled both our medium and small smoothie 3/4 of the way full... why am I am paying full price for 3/4 of a smoothie?
I just love their Açaí primo bowls! They’re absolutely delicious! Always enjoy their smoothies! I like the wheatgrass shots, but I prefer when they used to make them fresh.

Store hours today say open 7am to 9pm…walked in this evening at 8:27pm with my family, after driving more than 20 mins. to your store. We were told by your staff that they were unable to make bowls, juices, food, etc…because it was too close to closing and those items took them too much time to clean up. I didn’t stay to find out what they could make and instead went to a competitor whose posted hours reflect the actual hours their employees are available to provide their advertised services.

I didn't see a real fruit in there. Everything is fruit juice concentrate and Sherbert if you get a traditional smoothie. Used to go for the real fruit, didn't see any at all.
