We have been to the Riverdale location for years and they have become terrible the sandwiches are always wrong the bread changed as terrible we just spent a bunch of money in there ordered a club with bacon and cheese and all we got was there nasty bread and bacon and cheese no other meat but payed for club I honestly can't believe them you can't call and talk to nobody it just a recording to place orders and isn't working. Don't spend your hard earned money on that place unless you are completely crazy they are the worst use to be a good sandwiches

Ordered online today and even left a tip. When I opened my sandwich there was soooooo much vinegar and oil it was dripping with it. I specifically asked for light oil and vinegar. I could not eat the sandwich as it was soggy and just plain terrible. Why have the “special instructions” option if they aren’t gonna follow them. Very disappointed as this was my first time ever ordering from them. Won’t go back.

I ordered the 42 and did not receive the correct sandwich. After much waiting the workers came to ask if they wanted a different sandwich remade that they messed up so I waited for them to correct

Store was clean, service was fairly speedy. However, they mixed up my sandwich with another when putting on condiments and then acted mad when I asked for it to be redone. Very pricey. Ordered 2 regular sandwiches and 1 bag of chips. Food was ok, but definitely not worth 24

This is by far my favorite Jersey Mike's. Aiden and Jacob are so friendly and easy to talk to. Every time I come in (which is at least once or twice a week), they always greet me and my family with a smile. We'll continue coming back to our Riverdale Jersey Mike's. Let me preface my review by stating that I am a loyal and frequent flyer of Jersey Mike’s. I wrack up those shore points. I love me a sub sandwich.However, last night at about 6pm I ordered my beloved tuna sandwich with all the fixings at the Riverdale location. By 8pm I was so nauseous and my stomach hurt so bad my eyes were tearing non-stop. By 8:30pm I was praying to the porcelain gods with my head dangling in putrid submission. After expelling what I can only assume was contaminated tuna, I quickly threw down a handful of activated charcoal pills to try and calm the roiling ocean that was now my stomach. I will now be unable to look at or even smell a Jersey Mike’s sandwich without gagging. I am so sad that this was my experience as I’ve eaten there hundreds of times without issue. But I will have to avoid this place for awhile until I can stomach it again.
