I have noticed lately my cups are not all the way full when I leave. It's happened several times. They need to fill cup then add the whip. Disappointing when you get 5 mins down the street to find your cup 3/4 full.
I ordered a Tall Chestnut praline, it felt kind of light but didn’t think much of it. I was on my break and when I got to work I opened it to see it was pretty empty. When you pay X-amount for coffee you think they’d at least fill it up :( employee was friendly though during interaction.

Love this location always superb coffee ☕️ and the grandbabies love ❤️ the cake pops I unfortunately have had to switch to decaf and I used to prefer Beans and Brew to Starbucks but they can't make a decent tasting cup of decaf to save my life lol but Starbucks makes a awesome cup of decaf and for people like me that were forced off of caffeine and someone who loves and appreciates a great tasting cup of coffee ☕️ I want to thank the entire crew for the accuracy of...read full review
