I love Aubergine. I have many food restrictions. I’m thankful I can come here to get a healthy meal.Vegetarian options: They many vegetarian options and you can create your own.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Healthy oils. Vegetarian options.
This place is great, they used to have more of a subway style of salad making which I really liked, they've gone to more of an order and go sit down and wait system which I don't enjoy as much.Aside from that, they're pretty good.Sometimes they mess up the order, didn't use to be a problem when I could watch them do it and make sure they did it correctly.

My favorite lunch place hands-down. The Greek salad, tri-tip, roasted cauliflower and broccoli, baba ghanoush, it’s the best of the best. The people are always so sweet and I know that my food is made with love. 10 out of 10 recommend, go get some leafs in your body.Vegetarian options: Still feel like you’re full and eating a full meal.
