Classic Chick-fil-A is always great! My wife didn't want a burger so we stopped and got her a Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. It was a little Spicier than she thought but still satisfying.

I eat here regularly, if this had happened once I wouldn’t be frustrated but every time I have ordered for carry out they mark it as done and I get notified on my app, them proceed to take 5 minutes to actually finish it. They had my food sitting there and by the time I had gotten it, it was cold.

Now, one thing about me is that I love Chic Fil a and I’m eating here forever lol. But Kayla is the team lead at this location and she accused me and my friends of stealing. My family values honesty HIGHLY and I just didn’t appreciate how she handled things. We had a mistake on our order and when we brought it up, she said “The bagger and I both saw your order packed but I’ll let it slide this time”, and fulfilled the rest of what we paid for. If her statement was true I would not be writing this review but here we are, girl. 0/5 service.Also, we had the receipt and she came to our table and could have reviewed our order further. Heck, she could have patted us down if she really wanted to, searched the whole establishment for those sliders. But she didn’t, she accused us of stealing. Again, 0/5.

Restaurant was a mess. All the garbage’s were over flowing and garbage left on tables, tables were not wiped off and no toilet paper in the restroom. Disappointed with this location. Our order was correct and food was good.

The amount of times I have this location mess up my orders whether it’s at the store or when I order through door dash is frustrating. This morning I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and when I got my order they had only sent me a burrito with just eggs, nothing else. I contacted door dash and they only offered to give me $1.62 for the missing ingredients. Decided to call store and asked for a manager and was told I could talk to person who answered and she told me that the only thing I could do was reorder the burrito and use the refund money to pay for it… with a $1.62??? Do they know that’s not how much it costs?? Customer service has gone down hill at this location with new management. Would like to know if operator is aware of everything.
