The Riverton Costa Vida was so amazing to work with. They catered our dinner for the Riverton Dance Company. They delivered, set up, and everything was so fresh and delicious. It all looked incredible and tasted so good. They were very easy to work with, and changed/updated my orders a lot. I will 100% use them for another team dinner next year.

I asked for the chili Verde special in a burrito and received a bbq pork smothered with what appeared to be something that looks like chili Verde sauce with absolutely no pork. It's not what advertised. It's either they're cheap or not paying attention to detail. The Riverton location is going downward below standards. They just lost my business.

Don't go through the drive through, the lady that does the drive through on Friday nights is terrible and has a streak of getting our order wrong 3 times in a row.
Food is your standard good Costa Vida. Maybe a little stingy with the meat but it's still good.

The drive through at this location is the best. They’re always quick and very accurate with orders. The lady that’s usually working the drive through rocks, I think she’s the manager but not sure.

Ordered the nachos which we have ordered many times at other locations. They didn’t layer it at all. Just piled it on top. It’s the little things that make it good, which was really lacking. Seems like lower results from this location than from others.Update to my review: Went to another location that we have liked in the past. Went to order the nachos but asked if they layer them or just pile it all on top. Worker said that Costa Vida changed how they do it and that they no longer layer them and now they pile it all on top… so it wasn’t just this location.IMO Restaurants need to quit lowering their standards. I will not be going to costa vida for nachos anymore. Lame.

I'm giving some stars for the flavor of the food - the rice and meat had excellent flavor. The staff themselves were friendly and seemed to work well together. However, I'm pretty disappointed in everything else and the cost of over $18 did not match up to the value of what I should have gotten. I ordered inside and was dine-in. First off, the gentleman who put in my refried beans literally poured it over the side of the tin foil, causing me to not only lose food that I paid for, but made it difficult for me to unwrap the quesadilla on their table without making a nasty mess. Second, the refined beans were watery. It looked like slop you'd give a piglet on a farm. Third, my quesadilla was ordered with shredded beef, which was not distributed nearly evenly nor did it have enough beef inside of the entree and to make matters worse, it wasn't cut all the way through or evenly. It looked like a small child went at it with child safety scissors. The rice portion is hard to tell, but it was small. The pictures taken of the food was before even a single bite was taken, but I was so taken back by the small portion of rice that I compared it to a spoon for reference. The floors in the entire restaurant and the bathrooms were in desperate need of a sweep, and the bathrooms had not been checked in on or taken care of in some time. I walked into the bathrooms completely a mess, with toilet paper on the floor which had feces all over it. I don't feel like this restaurant gives you the quality, presentation or cleanliness to warrant that much money.
