The food isn't worth the crappy service. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to take our drink order. Than when they brought the drinks, there was lipstick on the coffee mug. We asked for a new cup and felt she just wiped off the lipstick and brought us the same cup. It took another 25 minutes for the food to come and when it did it was cold. When we asked for a box and the check that came quickly. However, she never showed up to cash us out. We had yo wait another 10 minutes to be checked out. It wasn't that busy and we didn't order alot of food. This isn't the first time that this location disappoints. It was just the last time for us.

We came with a lot of kids so we're pleased to be placed alone, in the back BUT...Unfortunately, the tables were disgusting, the floor was full of food, one table was propped up by silverware, and we had to keep asking for the basics (silverware, napkins). We had to swap out tables for a cleaner one and the staff never once asked what the problem was or why. We also had to break up the manager and our server from having a "moment", to ask for the area to be swept.Food was average at best and the orange juice tasted funny. We really wanted to enjoy it but the state of the restaurant made you wonder how the food was being prepped, and how clean the kitchen really was.

I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and I could tell the ingredients were fresh, the peppers were nice and crunchy. It came out as pictured and steaming hot. The coffee was good too, No complaints !

Great food!! Took my dad there for brunch. A little bit if a wait, but worth it. Will definitely go back!

If you are wondering why this IHOP is empty on a Sunday morning I will be more than happy to tell you why. As two nurses that came into have breakfast and was sat at a table that had crumbs and jam all over it you would think that during a pandemic they would be more concerned about cleanliness apparently not.

I ordered food for my sister. I explained to the host that she had been taking cancer treatments and had lost her appetite. But she now had a craving for pancakes. I found out later that some kind soul at iHop had written a note of encouragement in the bag with the food. So this rating is really on the customer service aspect and not the food. But my sister loved the pancakes.

The server was so nice! The store was clean! But... it took 25 minutes for us to get our food and it was cold and then we asked for syrup and it took like 30 minutes for them to bring it to us. And there was only like 2 other guests there and we ended up being there 40 minutes after close before they even brought the bill. Over all bad experience payed like $10 for cold pancakes that didn't have syrup and I didn't even get my hashbrowns

Food was great. BUT after picking up my order I got home and realized I was missing a significant part of one of them. I called them and told them about it- the girl I talked to was polite but also said she packed it and swore "it was in there". I said "no it was not- I promise you it wasn't". So I said i would come back to get the rest of the order and then was promised a free meal right away for the mishap if i just gave my email to them when i got there. Got the food but still haven't got an email for the free meal.....

The cleanliness was lacking. Food was pretty good. If staff has time to lean, they have time to clean. Food all over/under tables. Instead we heard about all the different IHOPs and their problems as well as this location. While I’m eating I don’t like to hear about the restaurant problems, makes me not want to visit again.

Hands down worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The wife (who is 9 months pregnant) my 4 year old daughter and I went in mid-day. Place wasn't busy at all and it took them 20 minutes to acknowledge we were there. During that time a waitress would walk and look at us and walk away. She finally walked over and acted shocked that we were still there. She proceeded to seat another party that showed up after us even after they told her we were there first. Finally seated it took another 20 minutes to get our drinks. The waitress took our order and that was the last time we saw her. No refills. No coming over to check on us, nothing. The place had a half dozen tables that haven't been cleared after the previous guests, the floors were littered with garbage and food and the walls had food and hand prints on them. After 45 minutes a different waiter brought out our food and it was cold and part of our order was wrong. After that still no service from anyone as we watched our original waitress walk around the restaurant with another waitress talking. It took another 45 minutes to get our check. The manager of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Never going back.

They are so slow. We are sitting here, And we are the only people here. And we have not seen our waiter in over a half hour. There are 3 waiters and waitresses and nobody to help us. I'm not understanding why it so hard to help people that are paying you wages.

Hostess told us it would be 20 min wait on arrival. No big deal. I had her put my name down and #. She said she would call. Sat in the car for 45 min. No call. Decide to walk in and check. I take a look at the list and she had 8 tables crossed after ours! I asked why this was and she replied saying she tried calling me. No call on my phone! She sat the 4 of down and waited another 45 minutes to even get drinks. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
