First experience when walking through the door was the employee was sitting off to the side of the counter. I got a hot and ready cheese pizza, crazy bread, and the new pizza bites. The crazy bread was a little cold but edible and the bites were great. The pizza however is harder than rock. Not hot and ready. More like overdone and outdated. When I tried calling 3 times, no answer.

The cashier didn’t ask for a name on the order so my ordered didn’t get placed I asked about how much time it would be was told 5-10 mins waited about 15-20 mins nothing so I asked again he told me another 5-10 mins waited another 20 mins and finally one of the workers asked me what I was waiting on and I told my name and order and he finally started my order so in the end I waited about an hour for 1 pizza if it wasn’t for that worker asking me about my order and the food being good it would’ve been 1 star workers need to make sure they’re getting names for the orders and not ignoring customers I work in the service industry and never have I ever ignored a customer it’s rude and very unprofessional.

The food is decent. Today at this location there was apparently only one worker and my dad was going in the food shop and he started to order and then the worker was being so rude and said that "it will take an more than an hour to make a pepperoni deep dish pizza and 1 thing of breadsticks".

Absolutely terrible, my dog wouldn’t have even been able to eat the crust or crazy bread it was so hard, I probably could have hammered a nail in with it!
In the past, the Riverton location was dreadful. But it's much better now.

These guys are most of the time on the ball. I’ve had two instances where it’s been questionable. One a while ago where they wouldn’t sell me the food they had in stock because they were saving it for the dinner rush I guess? The next is I called and called and no one picked up to cancel an order. The guy told me he did pick up and I know for a face that if that call was mine no one picked up. So if you’re going to order something make SURE you don’t have to cancel for ANY reason.

Pizza was spicy, for some reason, both sauce and pepperoni!! The one we go to has no tables, and usually only 1 worker even at the busy times!!Parking: Small area for with only a extremely crowded parking spots!!Kid-friendliness: Workers are usually fairly friendly, unless it is extremely busy!!Wheelchair accessibility: The door to get in to business is on flat surface. The only hard issue is How Big the building is!!
