We LOVE Mod. It was disgusting in here. Food prep area did not look sanitary. The dining area hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was garbage all over. It is Saturday night at dinner time. It is the time for a restaurant to shine. The restaurant was empty. Maybe others have already caught on?!? I don’t think we will ever come back.

I come in this location all the time and other locations and get the kids meal the employees here says u can get pepperoni and other locations as well! The manger very rudely said that it’s only cheese which is fine if that is matter of fact, she was very ignorant and rude and saying if I want anything else I have to pay full price to add pepperoni and I said that is okay and that I will only get cheese but this is the first time I am hearing of this then, when I got to the checkout to pay I always grab the chocolate milk and she was trying to charge me for it when it come with a drink like chocolate milk or the juice, I told her how I come in all the time and I always get it and she was being very rude and condensating with me which I did not appreciate at it, i definitely did not appreciate her attitude and there is a way to talk with customers and she did not do a good job I will not come back to this location!! If you can go to other locations because the condensing attitude is not worth it!

Super sweet service. The girl could tell it was my first time in and helped me figure out which pizza I wanted and how to grow it. The food was amazing and everyone was so friendly. When ordering online, I don’t know if orders come through to the store funny, or maybe reading is difficult…3rd time we can’t get a pizza correct and we aren’t customizing anything off the menu. They just take ingredients off and give you cooked bread with some tomatoes. Really strange. I feel someone to check the food before it goes in the over or in to the box. This might help. I’ll try a different location if I’d like some MOD in the future.

First of all, the workers here are phenomenal… That being said, management must not give two cares about them because they have been slammed all night, the place is dirty, garbage cans are full, soda machines are out of syrup, and they can’t do anything about it because they only have so many hands…Again… Workers are amazing, management might as well be non-existent. Hire more people, stop being stingy with the cash.

Absolute trash pizza! The quality is worse than Dominoes, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut, but they still charge you more than those establishments. How do you stay in business with such low quality pizza while charging higher than your competitors? I ordered mine ahead of time and showed up five minutes early to get it. It was already room temperature. So, who knows how long it was sitting there. I got a medium, and you can see that it is barely bigger than a child's plate. Take your money somewhere better, which would be any other pizza place

The restaurant is very dirty. The floors are full of dirt and trash. The beverage counter is extremely dirty with no water cups , plates or condiments. We spoke to the manager and he didn’t seem to care about our concern. The pizza was also not that great it was too salty for my taste.

Stopped to eat here but after waiting 20 minutes in line behind one person i was not even acknowledged. Not even to say give me a couple minutes and I'll be with you I feel like it was poor customer service considering they were not

This was terrible. I never leave reviews but this was worthy of a review. The guys working here are extremely disrespectful to customers. We went in at 9:15 and they were locking the door as we walked up..they decided to unlock it so we could come in. They were shouting at each other, throwing gloves at each other, and made it a terrible experience. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Will not be going back.
