The food is always good and I always do drive-thru, but it seems that the servers are getting sloppy on how they put the food in the container. I don't want my food all mixed up and lately even though there's three compartments the foods are mixed up on top of each other and I'm not liking that!

Online order. Said it would be ready at 6:01. Arrived at 5:55. Waited patiently until 6:05. Told cashier my name and asked when my food would be ready. She asked for proof of my order. I started pulling up the email and she just walked away then came back and said I have to wait for them to make one of the items then just walked away again. Sat down and waited for another 20 minutes. Manager walked out and handed me my food and said "sorry for the wait" and turned and walked away. I was in the store for a half an hour waiting for an online order that was 25 minutes late and that is all the manager could say. On top of that, the manager was touching all of the containers and dishing up food with NO GLOVES!!! I checked and every other employee was wearing gloves. The food is great but they need to get their act together. I get they were busy but you don't need to sacrifice costumer service.

Went to this location for the first time last night. Low portions compared to the other Panda Express locations nearby. Their chicken also tasted a day old. The worst part is I’m certain they used salt water when they cook their rice. I’ve never had rice like that. I couldn’t even finish my food. Such a waste of our weekly dinner take out. There are Panda Express’s nearby that are so much better.

Disappointed, came to this one cause other ones have issues an sure enough this one had a problem, rude girl at the window low interactive skills, get home an can’t believe how low these are portioned! Unacceptable literally! Was close to closing u think would’ve just gave a fair portion but I’ll leave a picture with like two bites of rice taken out of it u would think it was eaten from I had tell my partner to stop let me take a pic, she hadn’t eaten much more then two bites out of it an looks like she is finished with it, very poor!

The manager gives very small portions, I told him and he told me that's how they are, I told him, I always buy, it's the first time I come to this place and the portions are not like that, the cashier was having a bad experience, I won't go to this location again.

I just have to give a shout out to Lettie for being so sweet and kind! Customer service in a lot of places has not been like it was and she rocked it. Thank Lettie!

They are dishes with very good flavor at an excellent price and a lot to choose from, different from many other "fast" foods found in the United States.

If you have an itch for Americanized Chinese food, the Panda Express will gladly scratch it. To start off, you can choose egg fried rice or chow mein noodles... or both. They have a delicious array of about a couple dozen wonderful dishes you can choose from. I like pretty much everything, except the dishes containing superheated concentrated chili pepper sauce. I've tried it and couldn't taste anything for three days. My favorite dishes are mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, spring rolls, etc. Of course, you get a fortune cookie suggesting a delightful future. The counter helpers are pleasant and will move your selection process right along.Customer seating is a variety of high and low tables. The seating area surrounded by large windows on three sides can get a bit noisy depending on the number of patrons dining in. A quiet conversation might be possible. Prices have gone up like every other restaurant. You can get a decent meal for one, spending less than $15.

I don't understand why sometimes the green beans are practically raw. I love a crisp vegetable but this gives new meaning to the word

It order was marked as done, however, when we arrived it wasn't even started. It took 20 minutes more to get it.
