Hospital food. We had a minor surgery in the family and went by for a quick breakfast. We ordered the breakfast burrito. It was very heavy on the egg. Green peppers and fresh mushrooms added some goodness. It would have been helped by some potato. They had a lot more options available to try but I will likely be around to try them . . . because it is a hospital.
I was waiting while my wife had a medical procedure. I decided to try the cafeteria. I have never been there before. I looked at the menu and what stood out to me was the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I lived on the East coast for a number of years and I had the best Philly cheesesteaks there are. Since I left the east coast in 93 I have tried to find somewhere that new how to make a real Philly cheese steak.
