This pizza is higher quality than most, and it’s nice that they offer smaller sizes.The cheese pull-apart has good flavor, but is way too cheesy for me; this may just be my personal preference though.Compared to similar quality pizzas, this place is a little pricy.They are close to getting 5-stars, but I don’t feel comfortable giving more than 4 for now.

It's surprising to see the poor reviews of this restaurant. Our food was amazing and the service was what you would expect from a place like this. Not sure how it was so bad for others.

I was “ helped” by Lucia when I came in to pick up our order. I gave her our name and she asked me where my coupon was. I did not order, I was just picking up and paying. ( typical dad duties)I told her I was just picking up and asked if she had one I could use. She reached under her keyboard, showed me one for BOGO. In my case that was a $20.00 coupon. My bill before tax was $39.46! That makes our pizza about double what we usually pay. It WAS really good, but not TWICE as good as other options.My problem with the experience is this: She brought up the coupon, I told her I was just picking up, so if we had one, I didn’t bring it. When I asked if she had one I could use, she said no. I then in one last attempt to get her to give me/ let me use a coupon was saying to her; “ well, I went to my vehicle and called and checked. No one had one, so all you have done is made me feel bad.” “ I will just pay double for my order!” I was very disappointed in the service and interaction. Most young people would suggest I take a picture of the coupon and show it on my phone and then they could honor the coupon.I recognize she may be following instructions given her, and being diligent. That is good. However, next level customer service would be to accommodate the customer and make an exception and honor the coupon. Is the purpose of the coupon to incentivize astute consumers, or a marketing incentive to get consumers choosing you over the many pizza options you compete against.We used to eat regularly at the 13th E. 10250 S. Location. We were excited to discover you were back in the area. Now, I am not sure I would go back.

Mediocre food at high prices. Our food was cold, some of the wings that cost nearly $2 a piece were embarrassingly small (see picture), and half of our order was wrong or missing entirely. Get better food from somewhere else.

This was our pizza place, but the last two times I've been there, they put olives on our pizza - despite saying we don't want them. The worst part is they charge us for an extra topping (one we didn't want) when it actually comes on their combo pizza. I don't think I can talk my husband into going back. The pizza is pretty good, but he is really angry.
