Menu layout is a bit odd here. No mention of the sugar free drinks until you go to the window. The drinks were decent, but it seemed like this menu wasn’t as expansive as the other menus. The staff was wonderful-very friendly and easy to talk to.

I like Sodalicious but not this location. Almost every time I go to this location they are usually out of a lot of things or there are certain issues that arise. My final negative experience that made me not want to go back to this location anymore is when I went there today and waited in line for 30 mins - which is fine, I do not mind waiting and understand this aspect however, after waiting and placing my order, they said my card wouldn’t work. I asked if they had Apple Pay and they said no, which if this is the case, they need to get it however, I have seen them out there with their tablet before taking orders so, who knows. I drove straight to Swig and my card worked just fine. There are too many other soda shops close to this one to waste your time at this location.

I have never set foot on a stickier floor. If I was wearing flip flops I would have LOST them, these floors need to be professionally cleaned, you could SAND the sugar off them. Please god do not make the poor girls who work here do it. Not to mention the lack of music, the sound of your feet peeling off of the floor echo throughout the building. I have never been more physically uncomfortable in a store front.

This location has gone downhill fast. I was a regular, usually once a week for over a year. I hadn't made it back in a couple of months when my visiting daughter and son-in-law went through the drive through on two occasions. Both times the drinks tasted really watered down. I even tasted them and could tell they were not as good. Today I went in with my wife and there was only one person. She said she would be right with us after serving a customer at the window, which is understandable. When 4 more cars pulled in, she started serving them first. I asked why she didn't wait on us as we had been waiting, to which her reply was the drive-through always gets priority? Another person came in who told us the 1st person was new, took our order (2 42 once drinks and 2 cookies), and requested payment. I told her about the water-downed drinks we had been experiencing and asked whether she could make the drinks first so we could make sure we weren't paying for water. She said she couldn't do that (it's not like making the drinks are connected to their computer system, and she could tell I had a lot of points accumulated so its not like I was going to stiff her). We decided to leave at that point. A little bit further drive but looks like we'll be switching over to Swig.

I ordered an orange bang, I got slightly yellow sweetened water, big let down for the price they charge for a soda. Never again. I am going to Swig, at least they know how to put more than pee colored sweetened water with ice in a cup. Epic Fail.

I’m sad, I love the workers and sodas. I have bought a scotcharoo each week for over a year. This past week I had my grandkids with me and bought 3. They were so hard and tiny. When I called to complain the young lady said, “oh darn, I’m sorry.” I asked if I could return them and she said, “no sorry, we don’t take returns.” I have been a loyal customer. It just has sat really wrong with me. They are expensive! I’m rethinking my locality.

I went to so delicious today they used to have an amazing Oreo cookie as cookie of the month one month last year. I thought it was February, So I try the cookie of the month it was called The Neapolitan. The Neapolitan by far has to be the worst cookie I’ve ever eaten in my whole life! Not one person in my family could even stomach it! We through all of them away! Next time I’ll go to Chip, Crumble or Twisted Sugar.

This location is constantly messing up our drink orders. I went there yesterday and the girl at the window even read back the order. Got home and both of our drinks weren’t right. My husband dumped his out it was so bad. Mine was still drinkable but it definitely tasted more like disappointment.
