I ordered and paid on the app before coming to get my drink. The order was estimated to be done at 5:11 PM. I came at 5:20 and could see the employees inside but they had already turned off many of the inside lights. I am not sure if they have an “open” sign, but, if so, it was turned off. Clearly they wanted customers to think they were closed. I drove to the drive-thru and I got the electronic message saying they were closed. They never put sleeves on my hot drink items. I don't know if it's laziness or corporate, but I feel that it's common sense and it comes across as very poor customer service.

25 mins in line with only one car ahead of us who got one small drink.. however this was the best caramel brûlée oatmilk latte ! YUM.. haha if you have time and have patience it’s a good location.. if you’re in a hurry def go to a different Starbucks <3 loved my drink here though. They made it great. Thx :)
