My son began having an allergic reaction & when he and his wife inquired about what it could be, the management berated them and accused them of somehow causing the problem. They were clearly more concerned about themselves than the well-being of their customers. Thankfully my son has recovered. I dont tent to leave reviews [negative or positive], but the indifference they showed about such a serious problem can't be ignored.

This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse and it did not disappoint. We told the host that it was our first time and the manager was kind enough to come over to our table and introduce himself. He also brought over a free sample of their pulled pork. Our server was Daniel, who was very kind and attentive. Food was delicious and the specials were great! Definitely going back to this location again! Thanks for a great first time experience!

I’m pretty disappointed after tonight. We were celebrating a birthday with some family & we had our toddler with us which is definitely a struggle in itself. Anyways, we ran into a few problems like needing to ask for a booster seat multiple times, not getting drinks refilled, the wait for our food was pretty long- our server was doing her best, she was nice & it was pretty busy so no big deal. Until the end of our dinner, our little guy just couldn’t sit still anymore after the long wait. He had climbed over into the next booth that had just been cleaned so I walked around to grab him quick. Handed him back over to our table & started to move back around before a different waitress snapped at me saying I needed to get off her table, she just cleaned it. Tall dark curly haired waitress who stormed off right after.I don’t like to leave bad reviews, I was just really disappointed to be treated like that after everything had piled on.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

Texas Roadhouse is totally awesome! Every time I go, the vibe is super fun, and the food is really tasty. The steaks are always cooked just right and have great flavor. My favorite sides are the loaded mashed potatoes—they’re so good! Plus, the staff is always super nice and quick with their service. It’s the perfect place to hang out with friends or take the family for a good meal. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for some yummy American food!

I brought the family wagon over for my daughter’s birthday, and let me tell you, it was more fun than a barrel of buckin’ broncos. The staff didn’t just serve up some scrumptious steaks; they turned my daughter into the star of the Wild West! They plunked her on a saddle (yep, a real saddle!) and the whole place lit up faster than a prairie fire. With a booming "Happy Birthday!" followed by a chorus of "Yeehaws!" louder than a cattle stampede, they made sure this was one birthday that’ll be remembered longer than the leftovers lasted in our fridge. Hats off to Texas Roadhouse for a knee-slappin’, rib-ticklin’ good time!

I don’t complain very often but this experience was one of the worst I’ve had. We went here on a busy night and we were estimated 50 minutes to get in, we got in after an hour and a half, no biggie it’s busy… until my steak was served blue and in 3 separate pieces when it came out? I like marbling on my ribeye when cooked, but half of the steak was slimy fat and gristle, it was obviously very rushed because of the volume that night, we didn’t stay for more than 20 mins before we paid and left because it was simply not a good experience.

Manager doesn't know how to handle a crowd when its busy. Tried to go on a weekend night, the manager was out directing people. She directed us to a line when I tried to ask how long the wait was. Tried to ask her if this was the wait list line and she shouted over me to everyone to get in line. I waited 30 mins to find out I was in the to be seated line and it was a 2 hr wait if i wanted to be added to list. We left.
