From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance of the Original Pancake House was only outshined by the outstanding service provided by Andres. His attentiveness and genuine care for our dining experience were evident in every interaction. Andres was not only prompt with our orders but also went above and beyond to ensure that each dish was served to perfection. His recommendations, like the Swedish Pancakes and the Dutch Baby, were spot on and made our meal even more enjoyable. It's servers like Andres that turn a simple breakfast outing into a memorable event. I can't wait to return and know we’ll be provided with excellent service!

I’ve been eating here ever since they opened and I slowly got to watch their services decline. I used to love eating here because of their staff and management but ever since their change of management, they lost all of their good employees. They had really good servers, my personal favorites was Ryann and John. They also had a good host whose name was Bronson and a GREAT manager whose name was also Ryan. Ever since their new management all of them are no longer there and all of their new employees are just brats and plain out disrespectful. Wish they had their old staff and management but now I will no longer be eating there anymore.

I ordered for pick up and when I go home my order was incomplete!!! Is so annoying that this happened, i live 30 minutes away so does not worth it to go back to pick up the rest of my order!!! I was so hungry I did not have nothing else to eat at home so i ended up buying something else that I wasn't craving!!! Please put more attention on pick up orders

? Us that live in the SW corner of the Wasatch Valley really don’t have many breakfast restaurant options in the area. When I was told this place opened up off 13400 South Bangerter I was excited to try it out as I recall frequenting their Sugar House location many years ago and was always pleased. Walked in all alone on a Sunday afternoon about 1pm-ish. Got hit with a 20-30min wait you can tell they had the place filled up! As I watched many leave happily I realized that wait won’t be that much longer and I was called for seating after waiting just 15mins. Kept it basic ordering their ? ? breakfast combo. Kid gave me fantastic prompt friendly service. Staff seems very positive upbeat and put off a good vibe for their cozy atmosphere. Definitely a great spot for breakfast! Kinda has that classic diner feel but comfortably modernized.

We love coming here for breakfast/brunch. You can join the waitlist online via Yelp, which I would highly recommend doing. My favorites are the fresh fruit pancakes with the strawberry syrup. The crepes are really good as well. Their omelets are huge! I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad thing from here & we come pretty often & switch up our order:)

I ordered for pick up, first there was no utensils or napkins and then both meals had soggy wet drippy scrambled eggs that are completely inedible.
