The food is good. They don't have sliced brisket. They shred theirs so you get more meat and less fat is their reasoning. The chicken and the mashed potatoes are our favorite there.
We hired this food truck for a large Welcome Party the evening before my daughters wedding. I cannot recommend them enough! The food was delicious and plentiful. Our guests were raving about it. Rob was so nice to deal with. Always responded promptly. Price was fair and service was quick. Guests were not left waiting. Couldn't be happier with this choice. Thank you Rob!

Pulled pork and garlic mashed are absolutely delish! I’m a garlic lover, and rarely can I find enough garlic on fries, potatoes, pasta, or whatever. These potatoes are definitely top notch! The pulled pork was divine- moist and flavorful- melt in your mouth. Pleasant, clean dining area with a view. Great customer service.
