I've been going to this location for over a year during the over night hours. And the guy on shift now is the worst person yet. He is rude, won't just talk to anyone, is on his phone every time I go in, will not set up food in the hot case, and he is the first to do this. Will not say hi, bye, thanks for shopping, nothing. Everyone once in a while I'll hear him mumble, but I think it's his phone he is talking to. Seriously, get someone with customer service skills.

The guy who works in the midnight shifts hours is very rude, he leaves people waiting in line for a long time to pay for their stuff and is always talking on the phone, when you tell him something or say thank you he never responds, the worst person they could put in this store, what a disappointment.

I just went into this 7-11 to get my morning meal as this is the only place near me that has a English muffin sandwich that I was in the mood for. I asked the male cashier and asked him if he is making more things. He told me "no that's all the food we make for Sunday". It is 7:20am when I was in there. I asked him "why?" He said "we don't get alot of people on sunday" while he said this I noticed food that looked to be fully cooked sitting behind the counter. I don't know about the health policies of this specific 7-11 but that food should have been thrown away and not left in the open. I'm a honest man so I called him out and told him that I noticed he doesn't cook anything else and it is ONLY when he was there. I never seen this with other people, only him. After I told him this he became defensive and didn't want to admit to it. This 7-11 needs to hold him accountable to the standards just like the other employees keep. The biggest issue I noticed multiple times since I noticed him working there. Food gets over cooked in the headlamp on both heat stations. Messes go uncleaned. The coffee area needs to be wiped down and proper supplies filled.(no coffee straws only slurpy staws for example). And yet. Each time I see all this and the same person is there. I only see him sitting on a small box crate on his phone.

I stopped in for hot food. The pizza had been sitting a long time. Same with the taquitos. Looks like it’s par for the course here. The food was so stiff, barely chewable. i won’t be coming here anymore.

Put DEF into my 2021 GMC from the pump. Traveling back to Nevada I received an "DEF Quality Poor" Message and my truck de-rated making for a really slow drive home. Took it directly to the shop and was told that I put in Bad DEF... Tried to call the store to let them know so that they could put the DEF out of service and get it checked. But no answer. This is a $700+ repair that comes out of my pocket. Very Unhappy Customer
