The beer selection is great! Some of my favorites are the Hoppy Kolsch and their double West Coast IPA called Gecko Fingers. The German style food menu compliments all of their delicious beverages. Today I went with the Tour of Germany app. I was going for a sausage sandwich, but this shareable is where it's at for me myself and I. So I'm editing my review. Just stopped by Bewilder Brewing Co again this week, 5/9/24. I was refused service due to a special event restaurant take over on a beautiful Thursday night. This is a decent size facility. Cool!!!! I've been in the industry. I understand.

We just popped in to grab some beers to take home this afternoon. We got the El Fruti Boi, Hopless Romantic and the Saison on tap. Me and my husband both were not impressed with any of them. They all kinda tasted the same, kinda flat. Not much flavor. Nothing special.We do not recommend.

Cool old building, good beer, free darts, parking, plenty of space, blah blah blah. You already know all the reasons you should visit Bewilder. It’s great. Here’s why it should be the first brewery you visit in Salt Lake, it has all those plus the best curry ketchup I’ve ever had. No clue what they do to make the stuff, but it’s incredible. I’ve had curry ketchup in a few other places, but this was a whole other level. If I’m ever back in downtown, I’m coming back for some tots and curry ketchup. I’ll probably also have a beer or 3 as well.

The brewery offers a fantastic atmosphere and an impressive selection of beers. The variety of IPAs and fruit beers is particularly noteworthy. The unique glassware and lively ambiance add to the overall experience. Although the location is adjacent to a homeless shelter, the establishment is well worth a visit.
