It's about a 45 minute drive for me to get to Blatch's but it's worth it and I keep coming back. Highly recommend going Fridays and getting the VBQ platter!

Recently, I was visiting Utah from California and noticed that Blatch's were serving the "Magic Shroom Hoagie". I ordered four sandwiches and everyone really enjoyed the flavors. It was a flavor explosion in your mouth. Blatch's has nailed the art of barbecuing vegan food. Cuban beans and potato salad enhances the lunch. The hoagies were the best vegan meal I had during my visit to Utah.
The Mac Daddy is hands down THE BEST sandwich I've ever had. The combination of the brisket, mac & cheese and garlic aioli is impeccable and the Texan toast moulds around the filling as you eat it so it doesn't fall out of the sandwich meaning every bite has all the elements.It is clear the food is prepared with love and passion. This has been a game changing food experience for me.
