Liz was the absolute BEST server you could ask for! Not only did she make sure I was well taken care of, her diligence noticed missing things from my meal before I even had the chance! And she made sure I got a drink to go to keep me hydrated. She was a true delight to have, so wonderfully kind and thoughtful. I would come back just to visit her!

If I could give zero stars I would!! My daughter and her prom group went to Brio on Saturday April 20th and they were treated horribly! They had a reservation for 7:15, didn't get seated until 7:45 in a room all alone that smelled awful. Their orders weren't taken until 8:15, and by 9:20 their food still hadn't arrived. Someone went to check on the order and the workers didn't even seem to care at all. The waiter later brought out a tray of food that wasn't theirs so it was taken away. NO one would help them or get them food!!! Everyone just acted like "oh well", and it didn't matter. The group ended up just leaving having been there from 7 to 9:30 and had nothing to eat. The prom started at 8 so they had to miss hours of their prom and did not get to eat any dinner!!!! I am extremely upset and disappointed that these kids were treated this way!! If this had been a table full of adults, they never would have been treated like this!! Totally ruined their prom, so thanks a lot Brio!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time. There is no service here. I would expect to wait for everything. Just atrocious and I would expect better from this place. We have always loved brio, but after this latest experience I will never come back. I’d expect this location to be another restaurant within a year at the rate they are going. Just absolutely horrible.

I came here for PROM with my girlfriend another couple thinking this was going to be the best place yet! Little did I know what was actually going to happen.The place was beautiful and we were seated fairly quickly. It was all great at first but it went sliding down after being seated. A waiter didn’t appear for 15 minutes and he (Rob) was nice. After getting us water he took our orders and told us it would be out soon. He didn’t come to check on us for 45 minutes. We never actually got our food and we left after waiting 2 hours. I will never come here again. The reviews are bogus and fake. Ask people in person what it actually is.

UPDATE: Just got a reply from the "owner"?? He just stated that he is sorry and will address the issue with staff. LAUGHABLE! A real restaurant would have offered a coupon for a free dinner or something to the effect. This response shows that Brio does not care about losing a customer, because they think there will always be another one taking or place. I'm going to change my rating to 1 start now!It is funny that when you ADD an ingredient to your meal, you get charged EXTRA. However, when you ask for your sale to have the chicken taken off, you STILL get charged the full amount! Ridiculous! Also, for a restaurant that claims to be somewhat upscale, you don't have a good hand at hiring good waiters. The one we had the unfortunate pleasure(a black younger kid) still thought he was in the hood! I don't appreciate being asked how everything is BOSS, as he LITERALLY sprints by or table with food/ glasses in hand for another table. Not once, but several times. Idid also not appreciate the looks he gave my wife (a beautiful, successful black woman, that happens to be 20 years younger than me). He also felt the need to ask if my credit card was ready LITERALLY 1 minute after he dropped off the check. We had reservations for our 10 year anniversary at your place and we both felt, he was only waiting for his fat tip to get to him as fast as possible. Very disappointed and we will not be coming back to your establishment.

It took about 10-15 minutes before someone came to our table, which was a turn off.THEN, we met Mr. Fernando! He ended up being our server and let me tell you, Fernando was AMAZING!! The food was delicious but the coffee was served lukewarm- he didn’t know it wasn’t hot, so I put that on the individuals who creates the pots of coffee.
