This is the worst bk I have ever been to. I waited in the drive through for 25 min. Then only to get my order wrong. Then I was asked why am I complaining. My food was cold when I finaly got it my order. Then my drinks were wrong two times. This is beyond ridiculous. They had plenty of staff. I was there on 4/3/24 at 1050 p.m.

Walked in the store appeared clean. 1 car at the drive-thru, 2 additional customers at the counter. No one else in the restaurant. There was at least 6 staff members all appeared frazzled. It took them at least 5 minutes before they took our order. And an additional 10 for our food. Two young kids at the counter kept adjusting there hats and running there fingers through there hair, They were pretty close to the fries.Never seen them wash their hands before scooping fries for other customers. Good thing I didn't order fries!

Ordered the Texas Whopper Meal ( Large ), whopper w/ cheese and 2 Spicy chicken wraps. Got home and did not receive my 2 spicy chicken wraps and got no receipt. Total cost was $29.72 ans all I got was my 2 hamburgers and fries.

As we were walking up my son fell in the parking lot and these employees were so sympathetic and gave him a crown and a toy to cheer him up, way to go above and beyond ?

The location is about the only good thing about this location. Drive thru is always S S S L L L O O O W W W. And then the nerve of some of the people to put something into the drive thru to stop you from pulling forward, just because they're not ready for the next order? Not cool.FYI I've been sitting in this very drive thru for about 10 minutes while typing this up. I've been taking my time. I paid for my food already, but I'm still stuck. Even had time to snap a picture and post it with this review.

I come here all the time and the last 2 years the service has been awful, the people are super lazy and try to ignore you as long as they can so they can continue to just stand around. There's no sense of urgency, in fact it seems like they're making a point to take forever. They also skimp on the fries every time like they're almost out.
