I ordered and paid for a double whopper with double cheese to relieve a double whopper not only with 1 slice of cheese but they added Jalapenos (which I'm allergic to) on my burger, and if that wasn't enough my drink was also missing from my meal. I called the store and told them about my order they told me to get a refund through the app. I spoke with someone on the app and I was offered $25 in coupons... NO I WANT MY REFUND! I ordered a Meal and was giving a meal that I cannot consume yet all you want to offer someone is coupons. UNACCEPTABLE!!

I've been a BK GM for over a decade and I can say with authority that this BK has been subpar every time I've gone here. This last visit was particularly bad though. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times and it was still wrong by the time I got to the window. I got interrupted multiple times while I was at the order taking station by the question "anything else" even though I was getting interrupted trying to tell her what else I needed. If there was more than a literal 5 seconds pause I got "anything else". I could understand if you were busy but I was the only car in the parking lot. The manager practically threw the food at me before my payment was ever taken and had to hand it back because I was missing an item. When they took the bag to give me my missing item, they took out the chicken fries I had ordered and that were in the bag originally??? Cheesy tots were noticably old and the sandwich I got still had sauce on it even though I had specified a fourth time that I needed it left off. Not only the worst BK experience I've ever had but probably worse drive thru experience period. I also did not get a receipt to fill out the survey so I hope the GM/DM will see this and help fix it.
