Great place for a work lunch period it wasn't too noisy and the food was excellent. However I can never figure out how they're so cold inside! It's August and I wanted a jacket! Temp is great for summer, not to much in the winter.Clean store. Fresh ingredients. Great taste and textures!

You should remove the vegan tag from the tomato soup as that is not vegan! If has cream is not vegan! The original receipt for tomato soup doesn’t contain cream, it’s only tomato base and other seasoning but no cream or cheese at all!!!!You don’t have much of options for vegan, you could at least keep the tomato soup pure vegan!That was very disappointing reading the vegan sign and then taste and realize that it was not vegan at all! ?Vegetarian options: Not vegan! ?

Great staff at this location! We came in with 7 people in an order and Aidan, Chloe, Andrew, and Ali took our order and got it done fast! Super impressed by their work ethic. Everything in the order was correct and they were cheerful the entire time. Highly recommended.

We love Zupas. Excellent selection and quality and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. Food was fresh. Restaurant is clean and well kept and the outside seating is nice when it's not super hot outside.

My wife and I had dinner in the west valley Cafe Zupas, we were primarily help by a young women named Kaelyn, always had a smile, all the staff had had smiles and were very nice. But Kaelyn stood out above the rest seemed almost eager to help in anyway she could. It was a wonderful ending to a bit so great day!! Thank you Cafe Zupas for choosing wisely with this one!!!

Went there to pick a meal to take back to the hotel - - they were absolutely getting "smashed" with patrons....yet Erin and her "team" worked quickly, pleasantly and efficiently to get everyone taken care of in quick order!!Great portions and the food was hot (sandwich and soup)

I cannot express how much I love this place. I love their lobster soup and their berries salad. The customer service is very kind and always accessible with the costumer. Not only that, they have always bilingual employees that help so much to the costumer. Finally, I love the detail of the dip chocolate strawberry!!!
