The food was good. The bad take away was when the server took our salad and plates away before we were finished with them. My wife literally had a tug of war with the lady clearing the dishes. Our server was excellent. His accent was fun and a little challenging, but we made the best of it.
Service was great.Food wasn't good at all.I had high expectations since a lot of people recommended this place.Pizza tastes bland. Tastes just like a frozen pizza that was thrown into the oven. I could've gotten 2-3 frozen pizzas with the $15 I paid.I only ate two slices and didn't even bother to finish it.One and done restaurant.

Fettuccine Alfredo tasted like the noodles were recooked and the sauce was flooded with butter. And adding meat only made the sauce’s lack of flavor more noticeable.My friends bbq chicken pizza was undercooked with raw onions and cold tomatoes scattered every which way.Service was great and the atmosphere enjoyable (a little dark). But the food is what we ultimately came for; only to leave disappointed.It was almost like everything was cooked at a previous date, wrapped up, and placed in the fridge only then to be reheated as it was ordered.Whatever passion for fresh Italian food this place once had, it’s gone.

Great food, ordered more than we could eat. Service is top notch was told wait time was 25 mins and they got us in in less than 10. Connor our server was quick and never let my drink get empty, wasnt pushy with the check even though we stayed up until less than 30 mins before close. Great service overall; Our server Connor is going places in this industry

I traveled quite a bit for my work and ate at some genuine Italian restaurants. In my opinion, the food at Francesco's is every bit as good as anything in NY.It's definitely more authentic than Olive Garden,A nice place with good food with a family atmosphere. .
