I’m sorry but this location is the only Chick-fil-A that gets me and my girlfriend sick over and over again we go to Chick-fil-A every once in a while in different locations and this one has to be the all time worst I won’t ever be coming back but for the people who choose to come here this location has been getting me so sick ever since the place opened and gave free chicken sandwiches out please try harder and cook the food with love it’s your job not that hard thanks

I've been here multiple times and I have seen the prejudices comparisons to which customers they will sever and those ones they wont. Or make them wait,The managers are worse It's very unethical. The front staff will switch their customer service attitude on the bases of guess culture or financial appearance judging them walking in. Bad Service. Be aware of all of your guess.

I love the flowers on every table! Very friendly employees, super fast service and hot, fresh delicious food!! The playground in this location made it a little loud. Even though it was very busy, around lunch time, our food was brought to our table within minutes of placing our order. Thank

Really good service, one time they apologised for delivering food late and gave me and my friend a brownie and i didnt even realise that counted as late to them, so that must mean they hold themselves to very high standards. On a seperate time my cars battery died and the manager jumped my car then refused me giving a tip. Absolutly the most based Chick-fil-A ever

I’ve eaten Chickfila religiously almost every day for the past 5 years and it’s always been a wonderful 5 star experience without fail everytime. Until I came to the west valley chickfila. I’m down here for a work trip and thought I’d enjoy some wonderful chicken and a delicious shake. I stopped by, ordered my food inside, was handed my shake and drink, and then I sat down next to the counter and waited for my food. 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15 and I started to truly believe thanos snapped half of the chickfila employees out of existence because my food was not being delivered. my eyes never left the counter and I was staring aggressively at the girl that took my order but she never got the hint. That’s when I noticed there was a bag on the corner of the counter closest to the kitchen almost as if it was deliberately placed in the worst spot on the counter like nobody was suppose to touch it. And I knew deep down that, that was my order. I was sick to my stomach, I was about to cry, my body started to compulse because I was so flabbergasted. Why didn’t they call my name, why didn’t they try to deliver the food. I walked up to the counter holding back hulk from erupting over the counter and kindly asked where my order was. The lady asked what I ordered and then handed me that bag of cold chicken and fries. I then hit her with “oh I didn’t know this was mine sorry” and walked out holding my tears. I’m typing this after I ate my food and was in such dissatisfaction of what just occured a few minutes before that I had to type this up. I couldn’t physically understand what just happened and how the employees didn’t call a name or anything they just put the bag on the most hidden part of the counter and didn’t say a word. Keep in mind I was 5 feet from the counter at all times waiting and listening. This bag was on the counter before I left the cashier so I of course didn’t think it was mine, but then again I’ve never waited more than 60 seconds for my food at chickfila before this event. I guess it was kind of my fault but after this event I will never be eating chickfila again.

It was mine and my boyfriend’s first time ever at a chick fil a because he’s not much of a chicken person. Anyways, they didn’t give me a receipt, our chicken was still really raw in the middle ? so I go back to tell them and they have the nerve to tell me they can’t replace it because there was a bite taken out of it. I then asked if I could get a refund or credit for next time or something and they told me absolutely not. What kind of “good” chicken place gives their customers raw chicken? My fries were cold and overly salted. For how much I spent you’d think I’d get my meals replaced or a credit or something but the employees were so entirely rude
