I have never received such a tiny burrito in my life from any other location. They made it so small it was only half a meal. When I asked if they could put more in it they said it would cost extra. For the price I paid it was very upsetting.

So stingy and no customer service. The Asian lady barely puts any meat then when I asked for extra she wanted to charge 6 dollars for extra meat when she put the normal amount after asking for extra. I then requested to have rice instead of beans thee guy wanted to charge extra for the rice which has never happened in any other places. I go to costa vida at least once a week and this has been the worst location yet.

No chicken when we got there. Smallest serving sizes ever! $10 for a Baja bowl that would feed a 10 year old kid.

Great Costa Vida, as you'd probably expect as a premier location like this. Never have had an online order messed up at all which is something special in my book. Probably my favorite location, other than the old one by Layton Hills Mall that closed down years ago, but that might have been Costa Azul which I think is the same thing.

I won't be going to this location again. I went here on 01/17/24 at 5pm. I ordered the chicken quesadillas, which is depicted as 4 individual quesadillas, with black beans and rice. I received one giant quesadillas with little chicken and almost no black beans. The quesadilla was wrapped in foil so I didn't see until I got home that it was one large empty quesadilla, it was also placed on top of where the beans were so I didn't see that there were almost no beans. The kid making the food was visibly disgruntled.

Another fine Costa Vida.I love burritos here. Grilled chicken is the best.
Nothing like being greeted by a giant dumpster in the doorway! It sat there for 5 minutes as we walked in and no employee around. Literally scraping the bottom of the bin on service here, as I watched them try to save on the last pieces of shredded cheese and shorting the person next to me have a normal portion. How hard is it to spend a minute to go refill and satisfy the customer? The cashier communicated in only grunts except to state the total charge. The food at least still as good as I was hoping for and their ranch is always so satisfying!

Great food! I've been eating here since I was a kid and I love it! Never been disappointed ?
This place has changed a lot in the past several months… I feel like the quality of food, the quality of service and the cleanliness of the place have all gone downhill. I went in today and they claimed they had ran out of tortillas so they wouldn’t be able to serve us and the 5 plus other people in line. This Costa Vida may be cheaper than the Cafe Rio in city creek but the Cafe Rio gives larger portions and was happy to serve us right after the incident happened at Costa Vida.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO THE CAFE RIO INSTEAD.

Food is great but pretty poor service turning people away because they ran out of tortillas 30 minutes before close and said they cannot make more. I tried to order 2 tacos and they said they only had items without tortillas. Worst experience at costa vida. 10/10 would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Dirty store and worst customer service.
Good food, great service, and great price.
