Cool spot, kinda hidden. Service was good, little pricey, but it's ok food was good . Ordered ABCLT was good.. may go back if needed. They had beer too but didn't try any was my lunch time..

This is a decent spot. And the two meals I had offered generous portions for the price paid. The food is good, and I definitely would/will return, but the flavor is sort of generic. Enjoyable, but not overly memorable. That being said, I have one co-worker who visits this spot every chance he gets. So, maybe my palate is less refined than average.

Quick and tasty bites here. They do a pretty good job with all the sandwiches I’ve tried and the pizza and hummus I got today was good as well.It’s not going to the best food you’ve ever had, but it’s a solid place to grab lunch.

They give me dirty looks every time I come in, and I am super polite to them. I’ve ordered from here several times and each time I’ll ask for my sandwich without cheese, they always make it with cheese, which is not a big deal but when I ask for my correct order politely, they give A LOT of attitude. Really disappointing.. fast service and good food though. Just make sure that you don’t have any dietary restrictions or foods that you don’t like included otherwise, they’ll be very rude to you for no reason. I rarely ever give negative reviews, but this has just been too many times of dealing with the rudest employees that don’t know how to do a simple no cheese order.
If it's what you need on your path, it's worth a stop. Not worth going out your way for it. Sandwich was decent. The menu said draft beer but I didn't see taps. Tiny.

I don't usually leave reviews this late, as it's has been a few weeks, but I honestly don't know if I can ever go here again. Up until my most recent visit here, I would have given a 4 or 5 star review. When Craft first opened I was very excited as there are very few decent places to eat in this area (including the nearby food court which leaves a lot to be desired). The food had always at least met my expectations and it's reasonably priced. I was taking a new hire to lunch and, as Craft was one of the better places to eat that are in close proximity to my work, I took him here. The food came in a timely manner and appeared to be fine. Two bites in I found not one, but three long black hairs stacked in the various layers of my burger. I have short brown hair... this wasn't mine. I've tried not to dwell on it, and I know mistakes happen, but honestly I immediately decline when someone suggests this place for lunch and I've not taken a new hire there since. We've been making the trip downtown for some decent, hair-free, grub.

Hi! I came here for a quick lunch. I just got the soup and a side of fruit. The soup was vegan minestrone, it was phenomenal! The seasoning was on point and it hit the spot! They give you a side of tortilla chips with the soup, I just thought it was overall a great meal and they were really quick to get it out to me. I have no complaints! I look forward to trying more on their menu as it was just my first time. ? I am definitely impressed with the staff as well, they were very kind and answered all of my questions. Thank you for a great experience!
