My cinnamon square was very underbaked. Went back to ask for a new one from a different tray. That one was also very underbaked. Asked if they're just gonna serve them like that. They acted like they didn't know. Very very disappointed. I've also had cookies underbaked. You have teens cooking these. Either teach them better or hire actual bakers. I ordered this last time from the fort union store and it was perfect. That's why I wanted it again but now...I'm done with crumbl. I'd post the pictures I took of the soggy wet cinnamon square I was served but it won't give me the option.

The cookies are good and have had me as a returning customer over the last couple years. My rating of 1 star is reflecting my experience with staff when visiting the Salt Lake Location at 675 E 2100 S on the evening of 04/11/2024.Crumbl, do you not pay your employees a fair wage? Because if not, then that might explain the lack of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the staff. The incident that prompted my review was a snarky remark I received when I chose not to tip while picking up my order. Tipping should be based on the quality of service provided, and in this case, there was none to speak of.These cookies are a luxury treat for me and my family, something we indulge in occasionally. I understand that your company may not offer dine-in services or extensive customer interactions, but basic professionalism and respect should still be upheld.It's disappointing to be treated as an inconvenience, especially when I'm the one making the effort to support the business. The passive-aggressive behavior I encountered only reaffirmed my decision not to return to this location and to reconsider supporting Crumbl further.

There must be new management at this location. I have visited this location often, however, lately there is more cookies that are sold out than are available. I stopped by during the week and was told they were out and to come back the next day. I stopped by this morning and was told to come back in 20 minutes. I went back 30 minutes later and was told it would be 2 hours before the cookie I needed would be available. This is getting frustrated. I have started going to CHIP cookie that is in the same general area. They always have their cookies ready.Parking: There is parking but not always close

We’re officially addicted to this cookies. We go every single week. So insanely good!!! Service is good but sometimes weird that they don’t let you use the self-service computers, ask for tip and if you say “no tip” (because you’re making a to go order) they make awkward faces and say unprofessional comments to your face. But other than that, the cookies are extremely good and they always have 6 different choices every single week. They always have variety ??

If I could leave 0 stars I would, customer service is lacking. I arrived and self-ordered a single expensive 4 dollar cookie at the kiosk. Afterwards they call out my name and the girl slides the cookie box on the counter and the box is not even completely closed. The tall teenage boy then makes a snarky remark on no tip. Why would I tip if they didn't take my order or greet me in to the shop and on a single cookie?The entitlement and lack of customer service shows. Do better Crumbl, terrible experience 0/5.
