Just spent a steep 5 bucks plus per bottle on beer that was “best before 06.2023” according to the bottle. Needless to say check your bottled on/best before dates. This has been a recurring problem at this location, probably should steer your way to a location that has a bigger selection and quicker turnover.

Buying retail adult beverages in Utah is an interesting experience. The onlyalcohol retail is in bare bones state stores. The selection was decent, butthere are no mixers or condiments. The staff at this location was super.

The staff of every State Liquor Store is always safer to help even if they don't have the best product knowledge. Let's face it, you'd have to be a raging alcoholic to know something about every drink they have. Actually Im an alcoholic so I can attest to that, however I still haven't tried all the wines they have , hiccup!

The gentleman GAURDING the front door is OVERTLY CONDENSING & CURT when communicating.He embarrassed me so horribly because I didn't know "that's not how we do things around here"A little kindness goes a long way in this world. Embarrassing people that don't know how you do things is BAD BUSINESS.Everyone in line saw my embarrassment.

This is the number one option in Salt Lake City. Hands down, you cannot convince me otherwise. based on the reviews I was expecting the store to be much smaller. It's like a little mini warehouse of wine. Not only is the selection pretty fantastic, but the employees really know their stuff! I went in looking for a very specific bottle of wine, and they actually carried the kind of wine I was looking for. The stores inventory is eclectic enough to find what you're looking for and the prices are pretty great! I bought two beautiful bottles of wine that came highly recommended for under $40 combined. Needless to say dinner, that evening was perfectly paired with a bottle of Sangiovese.
