Maybe if I hadn't been to other D&B's this would be ok but this was so disappointing. Hate hate hate that you can't drink AND play.... Utah law means you have to keep your alcohol at the table/bar. Wish they had got a bar license instead of a restaurant license but even still... almost all of the games were broken or not even playable. Even popular games. Parking wasn't super easy. The food was just eh. D&B's has always been my favorite and was the first thing I looked for before I moved here... I wouldn't even consider this a normal D&B's. So sad... maybe I just went on a busy night & the games hadn't been serviced or something? But I would pick Quarters over this sadly. Probably decent for a family event though, I'm sure little kids love it.

The food is so good. The fried pickles were a hit! The cheese encrusted Brussels need some work. Kyle our server was very nice and did well. The hosts before we got into the restaurant party we're jerks, no customer service. We asked for help finding our party as there were three standing and talking to each other as we walked in. They acted like we were interrupting their conversation when we asked for help, we were told we can go find them in the restaurant and turned back to their conversation. We were dismissed. As a person in the customer service field, I get being irritated with customers as the night wears on. But this didn't feel right.

Excellent service. An amazing private room with impeccable performance of our servers. Juli and Ellen were the sweetest, super attentive. Lots of amazing food. The games were friendly to all ages and overall enjoyable. Love the colorfulness, they apply a vibrant energy that uplifts your mood. Definitely worth the visit. Very recommendable!

Love Dave and Busters! I've been to different locations around the country, and by far, this location exceeds them all in every category. The food was delicious. However, I do miss the chocolate cake. The Alcoholic drinks were great, and the service was phenomenal. We celebrated our nephews birthday and reserved their private room, which we highly recommend for any special events. A huge thank you to Ellen and Juli for doing such a wonderful job and catering to our party. Thank you!

We had a reservation and was being given bar chair seating but since we had a baby with us we asked if we can get a booth. That seemed to be such a giant problem since they couldn’t figure out whose section we are in. Very unwillingly we got a server who didn’t even have the courtesy to bring us water and when he did he got two waters instead of three. Then the appetizer wings came out with no sauce and no drinks. We had to ask him for it. Didn’t come back to see if we need anything until the very end. But my husband still gave him a nice tip. If you guys have so much competition about section and how much business you get, figure that out internally and don’t behave like this with the customers. Plus the person who brought our food out didn’t speak any English and couldn’t understand what we are trying to say to her. I appreciate hiring everyone with all backgrounds but not everyone can speak all languages and working in a restaurant setting, I feel like you need to know some basic words.
