The workers are very sweet and easy to have conversations with. The boba is top tier! In my opinion haha. The service is fast and u get your food pretty quick, I will say when it gets busy it's slower! So keep that in mind. It isn't their faults though! Lovely place, every other Boba place i've gone too since here hadn't been as good.Parking: They have a small parking availability since it's a small store, definitely should upgrade to a place of their own!

I love ding tea. It’s the only place they make matcha correctly, the boba is always the perfect texture, they’re very quick, and the atmosphere is very cozy and cute. I love the anime drawings on the walls. The employees are also very friendly and speedy getting our orders out.

When I visited the other day, I told the cashier that I can't have caffeine for medical reasons and asked for their recommendations in light of this; they tried to offer me a matcha flavor, among others. Matcha typically has more caffeine per gram than coffee, so drinking the recommended flavor could have caused me to experience a medical event. The fact that this happpened demonstrates a basic unfamiliarity with the store's menu that could be easily rectified with more training.Thankfully, I already knew enough about matcha powder to know I needed to avoid it, but I worry about the safety of others; it's not unreasonable to trust that employees be knowledgable and properly trained in the food they're serving. Management needs to ensure their employees are trained properly on their menu, or at least keep allergen sheets behind the register and enforce checking them whenever a customer asks about an allergen or sensitivity.Overall, the drinks were decently good, but I would advise patrons with restricted diets to do their own research before visiting - since the employee may not know what they're handing you. Otherwise, it's worth trying.

They played music at a volume that became disruptive, prompting us to leave. While I usually hesitate to give local businesses 3 stars, I've chosen 4 stars for potential improvement. A balance in service enthusiasm and moderating music volume could significantly enhance the overall experience.

My husband and I went in for boba and the girls working up front decided to start giggling and start openly talking bad about my husband and I in Vietnamese, not knowing we understood what they were saying. Should probably teach employees that regardless of the language they shouldn't talk about customers infront of them, especially when they never know if/when someone understands what they are saying even if it isn't in English. I told my husband to let it go and not say anything to the girls to not ruin our night, we ordered our boba and left. Won't be back to this location since there are so many other boba locations that we can go to and will be telling the rest of our family and friends about this experience as well.
