Only reason I put four stars on food and atmosphere was so I could easily delineate a difference against my rating of their service. The food is good, we all know Einstein Bagels rocks. It's the people here that are so kind and take the time to remember my name and even my order. Very kind and jovial staff.Love this place.

I ordered 6 bagels and 2 schmears thru DoorDash, I only received the 6 bagels. I reached out to the dasher and he said I need to contact the store, well I've called the store at least 5 times and they are not answering. So now I'm stuck paying $35 for only 6 bagels. Thanks for nothing dude from doordash and Einstein Bros.

Just happened to stop by this morning on Taylorsville and glad I did. Haven't had Einsteins for over 10 years and breakfast food is still great! Get the avocado tomatoe and egg white on everything bagel(for the seasoning-otherwise it will be bland) should have the egg yolk though. Staff is really nice considering I'm sure all the grumpy hungry people in the am lol. They gave me a nub that isn’t even shaped like a bagel yet alone the size of one. I went early in the morning so can’t blame it on getting late morning/afternoon scraps either. Poor service, ridiculous to charge $5 for something like this. I have bought kids bagels from other places that are this size for half the price.1/13/24 addendum: I contacted the company as asked in a reply to this review and they issued me a refund. I appreciated that and changed the review to 4 stars for their quick and honest response.

their listed hours say they’re open until 2pm, but turned us away because they were “closed”, and told us they didn’t have any more meat or eggs. The people directly in front of me were getting their order though? I’ve worked in food industry and I understand how annoying it is for people to come into the store minutes before closing, but that’s part of the gig unfortunately. The listed closing time is the listed closing time. 2pm isn’t a very late closing time and the employees should have integrity and actually stay open like their listed hours, or ask their employers to close earlier if they want to be lazy. It’s not like they weren’t getting any business, they just selectively served one customer and didn’t serve the next, BOTH customers were within operation hours by several minutes.
The bagels here are always delicious, but is sad that you can not sit inside to enjoy your breakfast or just the bagels, and it is worse in winter because is too cold
Every single time we go to go to this location, it's closed an HOUR before it says it's closed online. There are workers in there but the doors are locked, the open sign is off, and they just look at us. I even watched an employee today make sure the open sign was off and the side door was locked 30 minutes before closing. Horrible service.

Bagel are great at this places but the services of one peculiar girl there was very RUDE!!!! Almost throw my box of bagel ove to the counter and the manager there saw the whole thing and didn’t do nothing about it.

We called ahead to make sure they were open, drove over and the girl caught us on the sidewalk going in. She told us they were closed. It happened to be 10 minutes to noon at the time. You want to close then close but don't advertise that you are open and then lock the doors early. I don't appreciate the attitude either.
