These people are highway robbers I ordered through DoorDash lunch for coworkers and I it was for someone’s birthday! Got the notification the order was delivered my friend went to pick it up they delivered it to the wrong place across the street from my work wrong order. So we call to let them know they tell us no problem we will get that fixed and delivered the food never came! So we call again they tell us it’s been delivered we tell them we have nothing they ask us if we can come pick it up no we can’t we are short staffed that’s why we did door dash! They tell us they are going to make our order again and deliver it! 2 hrs goes by still nothing so finally we decided to cancel asked for a refund tell me expect a refund in 2-3 business days ok! They won’t refund me because the first order was delivered but it was the wrong order no one listen to me Einsteins tells me to call the credit card company credit card company tells me to call Einsteins I’m getting the run around here

Terrible service for mediocre food. Since they sponsor Google and I have no option to hide them in my results, I’m stuck seeing this place every time I try to find a decent bagel shop.

This location is rarely busy when I go which may be a bad sign. The service is alright and my order is usually wrong when I order online. I still go here because it's so close to my home I just wish they would join their game a little. I do like how the store is clean and the even started adding tables and chairs so I can stay and enjoy my bagel. Atleast the bagels are always fresh and delicious.

The customer service is deplorable. I asked that the four bagel we ordered be toasted with a small smear of cream cheese. We were served cold bagels with not even enough cream cheese to cover the surface of the bagel. I received our bag of bagels and it was cold- none of the bagels were toasted. I was told they would do them properly but I would have to pay for a new order. I tipped a dollar when I paid for the purchase. Apparently your service is based upon the tip you leave. Whoever thought tipping prior to service was a good idea was wrong. Im sure I'm not the only one that tips a small amount for something they haven't received. Do the employees think they are entitled to a large tip because they showed up for work? The employees need to learn the meaning of gratuity . They should not see their tip before they serve you. if I had received even sub par service I would have happily put a few more dollars in the jar. Your system is broken. Your employees are too.

I’m so happy that this location added back some seating. There is definitely more space to add more seating to allow it to become the community gathering spot it could be.

Asked if they had enough for 5 dozen bagels so I could treat some extra hard working employees. A manager chastised me for not placing a catering order SEVERAL times, then she proceeded to micromanage and scream at teenagers. It was painful to watch. It's absolutely asinine to me to yell at patrons for buying what you make in store.

I can’t think of a time I have ever received such unwelcoming, unfriendly service. We walked it and the person at the register was on their phone, with one of their AirPods in (which they never took out). They rolled their eyes at us when we walked in. I’m not from Salt Lake and we don’t have Einstein back home so I told him I might need help. He offered none, and retorted with quick, sassy remarks with any question I or any one party had. When we finished our order, we asked to pay and he through his hand up and pointed to the other end of the counter. The restaurant itself had no seating. Just an empty, hollow shell of what looked like a place that might be out of business within a month or two.The ONLY saving grace was my brisket bagel was exceptional. I didn’t know it came with chips and didn’t get a drink because one was not offered, nor was any sort of upsell to a meal.Long and short, if you’re looking for cold, robotic, unhelpful service to get your food and go, this is a good spot for it.

Service was amazing! Food was surprisingly the best breakfast sandwich i've had in a long time! super clean and tidy environment and work space.

Horrible wait time, and while you wait you just hear the lead talking to the other employees unkindly.

Great location, and the food is always good. But why no tables inside? Most Einstein's in the valley have tables now (post pandemic). I won't come here in the winter time, seems like an easy solution...

Food was burnt, stale, creamers were expired/chunky. Disgusting breakfast.
