Worst experience of my life. Terrible service and I was treated like crap. There’s no excuse to wait 40 minutes for 3 bagels. Especially when there are only 2 customers ahead of me.Ordered my crappy bagels and watched as everyone else behind me got served way ahead of me and finally asked for a managers and a refund only to be lied to about my order. They even looked at my printed receipt and called me a liar.I was never given a manager. Only a dude with a beard that was dressed like and pretending to be a a woman that had no answers.Worst experience I’ve ever had and will never return and will contact upper management for a resolution to the horrible service.Stay woke you idiots and we’ll see how good your business maintains.

People sitting outside haha. If the idea behind taking out your tables is to limit COVID, it's not working. Bring your chairs back. I think all of the Einsteins must of had them auctioned off or incinerated. My sandwich was okay, it wasn't cut in half and way too much spread on it which got messy. There were no napkins in the bag. I also said thank you and there was no response.

An Einstein manager OFFERED me a free coffee and sandwich everyday. I was struggling. I did not eat there everyday and when I did, I would order least expensive as to not take advantage of kindness. Amazing gift. Suddenly, one day I tried to help and the coffee over poured. I couldn't understand why. An employee whispered they water it down and fill the lot with a quarter of water. They water the coffee down. The manager heard and then yelled at me basically to get out. I never asked for a free meal everyday. Don't offer and then take if you need to there are acceptable ways to do it . Very unkind. Left a sour taste in my mouth, sort of like taki bell in mesquite. The nasty chips. I guess people have no healthy pride and self respect as evidenced the way they treat people. Good luck Einstein bros lost a customer and more.

First off where the hell are the tables? Place looked like an empty show room. I wanted to sit down and eat, but whatever. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. It did take a long time to get my food, the prep process seemed confusing, and redundant. I loved the music the where playing, that made me happy. The Chai you guys serve tastes foul. Like turned eggnog. So I got a 3 dollar soda instead which is insane. Shame on you for charging 3 dollars for a 50 cent soda. At least the sandwich was tasty, over priced like everything else but tasty. And made to order. Overall I wasn’t pleased with my visit. Your staff was nice, and I loved the music they were playing. The sandwich was edible.

Management and training seem to be severely lacking here. I’m not sure of anywhere else that allows all their managers/shift leads to hide in the back while leaving new, partially trained employees in the front by themselves. There have also been times where the employees have reeked of marijuana.

The store is dirty, For having no furniture, at least the floor and the counter should be clean. The staff don’t put clean gloves on after using the register or before touching food. They didn’t seem to have many options available. They had no juices or cold drinks their case was completely empty. The dog treat container on the counter, only had a few left, and there was money in the bottom of the jar. I did buy one, but they didn’t put it in a package or anything. They just handed it to me to put in my pocket.Despite how dirty the store was and the long wait the employees were super nice. Working well together under pressure. Seems like a very busy location. Someone should come in and streamline the work so that it moves smoother for the employees. If you’re not going to seat people at least give your employees more space to move around so they’re not on top of each other in such a small space.

How disappointing... got 3 sandwiches, the lox barely had any shmear & someone forgot to even pretend to put any on the other 2 sandwiches. For a $10 sandwich you shouldn't skimp on shmear & think it's OK. This was the 1st time for my husband & it wasn't great. Cutting corners won't bring customers back.
