First visit on a rainy Saturday night. Restaurant was not crowded. Cooks skillfully made our order fresh, and everything was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Chicken enchiladas were literally cheese enchiladas with a couple pieces of tiny chicken on top. Servers are standing around talking and on their cell phones. We will not be

Food is always very good!! Their smothered burritos, their enchiladas, satisfy our Chicano family! The only problem with this place is that you can't get a margarita as it isn't a restaurant. You can sit down at a table, just no waiter or waitress to serve you a frosty beer or margarita. Basically great restaurant Mexican/Chicano food, in a fast food, Chipotle style service line way. Their food deserves more respect than a food line. Place is nice though, very clean and well taken care of, in case you want to sit down and eat.Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made in a vegetarian style, just ask to replace meat with your choice of pinto beans, black beans or refried beans as your protein replacement, my wife does it all the time.

This is a Mexican take on the Chipotle cafeteria line style of casual dining. The menu is clearly displayed in several places so as to reduce anxiety while waiting in line, their daily specials are also prominently displayed. There were tons of options from which to choose and several ways to customize each. The restaurant appeared relatively clean but I noticed tables not being cleaned after patrons left or for several minutes afterward. Service rates four stars as the associates moved quickly but also chose not to ask about toppings, leaving it to you to initiate a choice of anything past meat and cheese. They also didn't care to expand much about salsas and sauces. Had I been to this establishment a few times, this wouldn't have bothered me but for a first visit, I would have appreciated the information being told to me or posted somewhere. Service was courteous otherwise. My pastor Super Burrito was enormous. It was an entirely different flavor template than Moe's, Chipotle, Qdoba but similar and more two-dimensional. Overall, this was an enormous burrito and fountain drink for fifteen dollars that was good but not great.

*********Food was too expensive for what was given. This carne asada plate was $18 for not that much food. They didn't even want to give you a cup for water since they used it for to put chilli Verde in. Unfortunately at that price points I won't be back.

The breakfast burrito was killer. The bacon was thick and scrumptious, and plenty of eggs and potatoes. Must have weighed 3 pounds and lasted me the next 180 miles. Cooked fresh. Good stuff.

Very pleasant staff...clean atmosphere...Food was pretty good, NOT great, but then, Mexican food here in Utah so far seems, somehow, a "lower standard experience all around" compared to this cuisine served in California...Doesnt seem to matter even if Hispanic people here are preparing it, its still mediocre. I have NO idea why...???

Such good food, we ate it faster then we could take pictures. Got the street tacos, and it was fun to watch them make them.
