I used to order from them back when they were Health and Fitness meals. I was so sad when they had to shut down temporarily because it was healthy yet tasty foods. I tried other companies and nothing could compare. I love that I can choose how much of each thing I want. Too often even healthy meals are carb heavy and I need more protein. I love that I have the option to set that myself to really help me meet my goals. As someone who is working to lose a lot of weight, it is vital that I have foods I still enjoy eating in order to keep myself from reverting to old habits that led to my obesity.
