Overall this café is alright. The food is good, service needs work (employee at the time seemed lazy), and the atmosphere is great! My biggest take away is the price, way too expensive for what you get.

Was so excited to see the cafe was open! I ordered a cold brew with room for cream, it was put in a hot coffee cup but a cup is a cup. I was extremely disappointed to taste watered down coffee, it was absolutely disgusting. It was pointed out to me that the barista put hot coffee over ice and then added cream. I highly DO NOT recommend this place for coffee, absolutely nasty.

Bad coffee, and even worse customer service. The guy who manages the cafe is rude and arrogant.

While the person was friendly and helpful, the food was not good. The grilled cheese still had the waxed wrapper in it, and the egg was chewy like rubber. Would not recommend eating here.

I don't remember visiting nor seeing what they had to offer

I don't think I remember ever having such terrible service. It's too bad too because in the past I used to go often because I really liked it.

Bad customer service, the lady was on her phone the entire time. Put gloves on, then touched her phone with gloves then touched my food. Ordered my panini which she only put in the panini press for like 2 seconds, sandwich was still cold. Will not be back

Cute little cafe in the Salt Lake City Public Library. I got the Grilled Cheese with Tomato and Bacon for $3.99 which I think is a great deal. It also came with two types of cheeses which was a nice surprise! It's a great place to go for a quick bite to eat if you're at the library studying or just visiting!

Their grilled cheese sandwiches, muffins and cookies are awesome. The lady working there is very nice.

Delicious! I got a grilled cheese with tomato and bacon and I am very impressed (she uses real cheddar and fresh mozzarella!) Anna, the owner, is very nice, I enjoy our interactions. I also dont see very well and I didnt have to explain that, she just took the initiative to read the menu and and prices to me. Which in my opinion is the height of customer service.
