You can ALWAYS count on crappy food in Utah. This place looked promising. It looked authentic and smelled delicious. First, it's clean but definitely a mom and pop, but clutter everywhere around the kitchen doors. Horribly tacky! I ordered chicken chow mein and it was TERRIBLE! It's unbelievable that Chinese came here to build the railroad, yet every single Chinese place I've had here has been absolute garbage, The dish was oily and bland, and not surprising my stomach is aching just an hour after eating here, Super gross. I will NEVER return!

I'm not sure about all the rave reviews, maybe it was an off day.. The food was very bland, all of it. Our server was very sweet and good.

Fast seating upon arrival, have been a few times. Great service, and excellent pricing. We've tried multiple dishes including the Chinese bbq pork, kung pao chicken, sweet & sour, the pork buns, but my favorite by far is the Lemon Chicken. It has to be the best lemon chicken in the City. This is a true authentic gem for Chinese in the Central City downtown area.

We are visiting from out of town and found Hong Kong Tea House while searching for Chinese food in the area. We arrived around 2pm and waited here for almost one hour without receiving any food. There were tables seated after our party of three that were given food prior to us. The wait staff was nice but inattentive. The kitchen must be understaffed.

We decided to try this dim sum restaurant for lunch. Everything from the delicately steamed dumplings to the flavorful beef chow fun was truly delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience – it is a cute little place that exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere. However, I would like to highlight that there is limited parking available near the restaurant. The only available option for parking is on the street, which may pose a challenge during peak hours. In conclusion, I highly recommend this dim sum restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful culinary experience. The delicious food coupled with the charming ambiance makes it a worthwhile visit despite the parking limitations.

This place is Amazing. The sweet and sour chicken is to die for, also the Mongolian beef is mouth watering. But the sweet and sour chicken you have to try. And dont forget to order you some tea.

The food is cold and not fresh. The service is sooo terrible. I got a pureh tea and it's so bland. I asked to put more tea leaf for me and the waitress asked me to finish it first before she can put more ?? and then it still came back bland and tasted like nothing. ? As a Chinese person, I have to say it's definitely not local food to represent real dim sums. I feel shamed for them. I would literally give negative stars here. This restaurant should be closedI have never seen such a restaurant with such poor service and terrible food. Jupu has no taste at all. The service was rude and asked me to finish the meal before adding tea. Even after adding tea, it still had no taste. Dumplings and Dim Sum are simply disgusting microwave foods that disgrace Asians. This store should be closed.

Great dim sum (available for brunch timeframe)! Limited staff, but they're nice and so kind. Worth the wait and money.Parking: Limited parking so may need to park a block or so away, then walk over.

This was such a great treat. To find an authentic chinese restaurant so far from home. Really satisfied my craving. Worth the drive down the mountain any day.
