I got a cake batter shake here that I was told did not have peanuts, but to my utter dismay, it in fact DID have peanuts and was up all night ill as can be. I'm unsure if the ice cream comes with nuts and I was told wrong or if there is no safety measures for allergen cross contamination, but either way.. not great. Accidents happen, but I worry for the person with a more severe allergy that comes in and orders something at this establishment. For what it's worth, the shake was delicious until it wasn't. ?

Waited outside for about 10 to be served and then when we noticed the sign that said, "Come inside to order", which we did. Once we went inside to where workers could see us we were ignored for a good 15 minutes. At this point 2 groups had ordered from the outside window where the sign was so we went back outside. Then after 2 more groups it was my family's turn. Well we waited and waited for another 15 minutes and at this point my family decides maybe we should try the drive through. We needed to repeat our order 4 times before they got it right and it was a simple mint shake and a chocolate shake with brownie. I'm disappointed as this is a place I grew up going to and this was definitely the last time I will go as my ice cream still came out wrong and I felt that the workers didn't even want to serve my family.

Wow, first off, the racism in this place is beyond obvious. Second, they have the talent to mess up every single ice cream order. Third, I am not sure if they are having system issues or the average IQ of people working here is of a 5th grader. I can promise you, this usual customer will never be coming back. Best of luck Iceberg, never see you again. That is okay, my bet is you go out of business here soon unless something changes soon.

Bought a jumbo burger, got a tiny cheese burger, took it back and was told that was the jumbo burger. Felt like he said this because they were so busy. Almost went back through to get a regular burger to compare them, that would have put me over $50; for food that was horrible. Very over priced, very low quality food. Feel the service was dishonest.

I stopped to get a quick sandwich and drink since was on way to st marks. This right now review I order ham and cheese sandwich. For $5.69 I get a sliver of him between two thin sliced of cheese what the heck! I could made better ones at home. My granddaughter is having a baby so thought grab something. Wish I could post a picture of I took. It was a really cheaply made! Iceberg you should be ashamed of yourselves! A subway 6 inch sandwich would been better! I use to stop by and grab a shake every so often but never again!

Best Shakes in the WORLD (Well, out of all of the places I've been). The shakes are especially good if you want chocolate ice cream as the base. They use chocolate ice cream, not vanilla with syrup. The fries are delicious, too. Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
Lady works hard by herself early in the morning and deserves a raise.

Iceburg!!! You are nostalgic, but just not good anymore. Honestly makes me so sad that one of my most cherished childhood treat spots has gone this downhill! The past THREE times we've visited for shakes, they have been terrible! I'm really confused at how you can mess up ice cream... but they have, and with our most recent visit, we'll definitely be spending our money elsewhere on quality ice cream when the craving hits!

Terrible! We've been here plenty of times but tonight will be the reason we never return. We ordered a banana split and it tasted like chemicals had been spread throughout the whole thing. The pineapple topping was bitter, the banana tested like it was dipped in a cleaning solution and the ice cream itself tasted tainted. We have not been able to get the taste out.My husband ordered a chocolate brownie share with chocolate ice cream and we were informed there is no chocolate ice cream. You're an ice cream shop. How does that even happen?I called Iceberg and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that Angel is the manager and so I shared the info about our order with the hopes that he'd try and fix it for future customers!
